A terrifying place, of course. Caesar salad is not very edible: the dressings were put as stolen, the chicken meat is over-dried, the vegetables are also not up to par. The ramen is too spicy. The minestrone soup was fine, but it's one of three dishes. The work of the staff is also a nightmare: the waiters carry coffee for 40 minutes, the food is also long, although it does not smell like super-filling, they simply forgot the tea. At the end, the lights went out in the institution, they brought us a bill on a piece of paper and asked us to leave a phone for communication in case they counted incorrectly. I do not recommend it at all.
Do not visit this place in any case. The dishes are cold, tasteless, they are not cooked, but are collected from ready-made and frozen semi-finished products. We ordered ramen for 2500 tenge, and it was ramen, which for 250 tenge you can buy and pour boiling water. The toilets are dirty, the administrator does not understand the basic principles of working in catering at all. The owner of this institution has long scored on order and efficiency, the reviews in 2gis speak for themselves.
80% of the coffee and hot drinks menu is not available. What does coffee have to do with the name of the restaurant? It's not clear.
The service is about no.
The waiters are slow, they forget the order.
We ordered two cups of coffee and dessert (tiramisu). We had to wait 20 minutes for coffee, but we didn't get dessert. We had to be reminded about our order several times.
At the same time, there were few visitors, the hall was occupied by 20% maximum.
