I wanted to make a document for my daughter, a high-speed one, I also paid 5,500 tenge state duty. They said it would be quiet tomorrow. We arrived after lunch and our document is not ready. I turned to the authorities, they did it in front of me and not in a day! It's terrible. Why did I pay to not sit and wait. Since there is an infant. Here's another thing, they say their base is slowing down in the morning. And we waited until evening. How can you do that?! Every time I approached all the managers and asked if we were included in the database. What a shame. I didn't swear at anyone, I didn't raise my voice. Knowing about their joint, they did not approach us and were even interested. How can you not work like this? Being disrespectful is a disgrace to all employees. If there are organizations that counteract and dissociate such institutions???
