The buyer, a grandfather with a wand, was also forced to stand for 3 hours. It's regional - people come from all over the region. You can at least let people into the waiting room. And only after we were launched did we find out that we had to inspect the car first. We were the first in line to withdraw for three hours and ended up with 31.

I registered the car on Tuesday, arrived at 11 I thought it would not be possible to cope with the day, but everything turned out to be easier. The only post office is not working, I had to go to the 4th. If there was money on the card, I would have paid for it. In short, at 13:00 I put up the numbers.
Super, the staff is responsive, the staff will always tell you where, what and how to do. I registered the car in 40 minutes, took the docks and rooms 2 hours later.
Rude people in the districts to submit documents (1 window). 2 hours of torment, then they turned it around for making a mistake by 1 digit when issuing a coupon. They defended for another hour!!

Make the payment very carefully, otherwise you risk finding out on the spot why you did not specify this or that correctly.
Everything is not bad enough, of course, the emerging opinion is influenced by the presence of queues, which is impossible to guess. In general, they work quite quickly.
