Another time they were silent at all, and after they hung up with Matyuk, they didn't answer anyone at all... There was also a conversation with an employee, he couldn't answer the question related to traffic regulations at all, they probably don't take the exams seriously... I had to call the Minsk branch, they didn't pick up the phone there... Only in Drogichin, a young girl (a traffic police officer) answered in the form and as it should, they received clear answers to all questions!
