I arrived with an acute toothache, I was rude at the reception, they behaved as if they disdained patients. I signed up for 9:20 to Zamina, I was the third in line, but then others came and they were let through just like that, without waiting in line and recording. I waited for my turn at 11, they sent me for an X-ray of the tooth, said nothing was clear, sent me to a therapist, looked at it and sent me back. It turns out she went on vacation and just didn't want to see me. Then there was a kind woman, she accepted, and they also lost my card when Zamina went on vacation. She left dentistry only at 15, although she came at 8.
