The center is located on a bulk island made of garbage. You won't notice it from the outside, the island is clean and tidy. It is convenient to get to the center by monorail. The center hosts exhibition events. We came here to visit the Museum of Modern Art. Next to the Ferris wheel, the shopping center with the Toyota Museum. At the time of the visit, construction was underway here, preparations for the Tokyo 2019 Motor Show. Only 3 sports cars were available at the cafe. A spacious hall on two levels, with the architecture of the future. Lots of light, spacious. There are shops and cafes nearby.
