They keep the people who travel on the biz waiting so that they may pass to the front buses via paying 20-25 Euro. There is no toilet or any market to find food. We came at 1 a.m. and still waiting (it is 9 am)
This is just an outrage against the law, we were traveling with our son, we were asked for a second exit passport, I should not show anything, they brought the KGB into a room there, but a nice person, I explained to him that from July 13, please, if the law is passed OK, I will show, but for now the forest. He listened to everything and then whispered the order of the leadership, then we went to the chief, who is generally an empty major, you have to show him, I show him where I owe him a draft law, I tell him to go to the forest, and it began and where you were in 2020 as to the president, I told him you are generally d...l I I have been in Belarus for 6 years. OK, excuse me and let's go.
Guys, don't show me how you eat, it will affect you later. You will be entered into the database and ....
On August 9, 2022, we passed the border, came from Belarus, passed both borders in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Before reaching 500 meters to the border, you need to turn off the ring to the right and enter the waiting area (you need to pay for a reservation of 32 bel. rubles, you can pay with a MIR card, Lukoil also paid for gasoline with a MIR card) arrived at 6-30 in the morning, the passage was scheduled from 7-00 to 8-00, as we drove into the waiting area, the scoreboard lit up our car number, we didn't have to wait. We drove with a cat, all the docks on it were in order, no one checked them at any border, you need to pay a fee at the Belarusian border, also 32 rubles, not to be confused with armor, like me, I had to go to the next building to pay, do it in advance, not like me)) after submitting the docks to the window (so as not to waste time). We walked along the green corridor, told the inspector who was making out the docks that we had a cat with us, she said that we needed to go to the red corridor and sent us to the customs officer, they waited for her for 15 minutes, she replied go like this, I won't make out anything, we went (we examined the car visually, we didn't dig into things, things were not taken out of the car, the same inspection was on the Lithuanian side), the Lithuanian border was passed quickly, there were 6 cars, the inspector collected the docks from all and quickly issued, my car was on Russian plates, there were no problems with crossing the borders. There was information on the web that a technical inspection was needed, no one asked us, and I didn't have it with me (the car was 1 year old), so please check before the trip.
We passed the border at this point on July 6. It seemed that everything was very slow. There is no information that it was necessary to go to some parking lot first to get in line because of this, we lost 30-40 minutes. The staff themselves are friendly. We were traveling with small children, we were allowed not to get out of the car. The border guard himself came up and looked at them. My daughter was asleep, I didn't wake her up. Otherwise, everything is standard
I don't want to comment! Approximately , something similar on our borders . It would seem that the gates of the countries by which the country is judged , but everything is very sad . The whole verification system ( customs ) , document verification , toilets , no buffets , no vending machines to drink coffee or water , everything is somehow pathetic . If it passed ( check and passport control ) as at the airport for 30 minutes , then fine . And when you are in these conditions for 3-4 hours , you are not only sad , but also very tired and your nerves are on edge . But there are no other options . This is the fate of all those who mix between countries .
In principle, everything is fine. But the people working there, especially in customs, are tired and not kind. They are trying, they are trying to be polite. The border guards are normal, mostly young people.
I gave it three stars because of the people.
I was traveling from Moscow to Lithuania, I pre-paid for my reservation (in order to skip the queue), but no one (not on any official resource!!!) he did not warn that the Republic of Belarus had introduced a departure fee and which had to be paid 32 BR in advance. Problems started at the post, the QR code for which you can pay this fee is valid only for citizens of the Republic of Belarus. The savings bank with its own schedule (got on a shift change), missed all of whom I overtook in the queue) and lo and behold, the savings bank does not work, something broke down there and all turn out the lights - go back?! However, there are cultivators who will make you twice as expensive on the spot) in general, I waited until the cash register was working, paid the fee and went in peace. Everything is done for a person to remain very satisfied, especially with an imposed service that cannot be paid for.
A typical transition of a typical banana republic.
Pay the money, get a complete MESS and zero service for it.
The RB side was passed for 3 hours.
The electronic queue (pay 32 bps) is called "live" by them! You can't go without her. Plus another 32 bps for "crossing the border".
Everything is moving EXTREMELY slowly, ONE passport control window is working (which by the way is a real live queue), and if the person in front of you has not yet passed the passport, but you have already passed, you will sit in the car and wait for him to leave.
Previously, they passed very quickly and did not have to feel the level of infrastructure and comfort, which are at the level of the Stone Age, starting from the passport and customs inspection system, a squalid smelly toilet without paper, the absence of a buffet and vending machines and the like....everything suggests that you are strongly recommended to stay at home in the realities of 2022!
I was lucky! Since I was driving at night, everyone was tired after passing through Lithuanian customs, they have a construction site, the Belarusian customs officers worked clearly, quickly and were very polite!
They work very slowly, then there is a shift shift, then "I'm alone on shift"... when you arrive, there are no cars, so nothing - they will dial. The fastest service was 25 minutes, and the longest was 13 hours. Well, on average you will lose from 4 to 8 hours.
People from both sides of the transition are as pleasant as possible , Belarusian guys and girls are generally the best . Why is it taking so long, xs))but overall 5 points
We booked a place in the electronic queue, arrived at 23. We waited for 6 hours for the car to be called. We have been standing at the customs itself for 3.5 years, formally inspected the car and that's it. It feels like they have a shift change for the other 3 hours. It's 8.30 am, we still haven't left Belarus.
This is a nightmare!!! For two days I tried to travel to Lithuania with a valid Schengen visa. Lithuanians don't let Russians in!!! They find thousands of reasons. If you've already got here, don't count on a fast ride. And yet - the Lithuanians poke me in the ribs with the muzzle of a machine gun. It's not pleasant enough.
32 dollars for crossing the border spoiled the mood. But in general, the checkpoint is good. The guys at the inspection are always in a good mood. 👍Keep it up
Repairs are underway!! Huge queues and painful waiting, if you are traveling with children or pets, then you definitely don't need to come here! Although the border guards are very loyal and do not clean up for no reason. But to let the trucks go ahead when you stand in the car for 1.5 hours without moving, it's terrible, there's not even a toilet..
Everything is slow.
Please note that you need to get on the electronic queue in front of the border (following the signs).
And also, upon departure, pay a service fee of 33,000 rubles (don't understand why). The fee can be pre-paid at any Belarusian bank along the way.
The queue moves slowly both at the entrance and at the exit.
A terrible checkpoint! The border guards treat the Russians like cattle! According to Belarusian laws, people with disabilities are also out of turn...... But the citizens were told by the customs officers to stand in the general area....... Long paperwork! In general, I do not advise passing through this point.
They checked the documents terribly slowly. There's only one woman on the whole bus. Things are inspected manually. At the same time, there is a scanner opposite, just like at the airport. As a result, I lost the reserve of 2 hours between the announced arrival time of the bus to Minsk and the departure of the plane right here.
Currently, repairs are underway here, in the transit zone, both trucks and cars are in the same track (in the direction from the EU to Belarus), which increases the transit time by a multiple. Perhaps it will be faster and better after the repair.
Horror, horror, horror! Nine hours of waiting and moving along the corridor of the grid (length less than a kilometer!) together with buses and trucks between the Belarusian and Polish border posts! The asphalt surface is cut off, dust, lack of toilets...
It's disgusting, they improve everything, they build drives, for the convenience of passing, they immediately built a drive, so to get into it, you need to stand in the same rut and not for one day, move and spend working time, who is on reservation, who is so, in general, everyone goes around and goes into the driveand the live queue does not move at all because of this
Like Kotlovka, there are no complaints against our side, but the Lithuanians are still slow people, they do not like the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, they look suspiciously at everyone, they are rude, they delay time.
Repairs are underway on the Lithuanian side, which makes the passage of the border longer, trucks from Lithuania to Belarus often block the passage and you lose a couple of hours of extra time, but then everything will become very fast
A normal pass point, but repairs are underway and everything is slowly crawling. Dogs are funny at the border guards. In general, the work of employees is quite fast
If you have children under 3 years old, they skip the queue.
If not, then the wait is about 6 hours

I understand that the Lithuanian side has repairs, but keeping people with and without children in line and in tension for 8 hours or more is not good, to put it mildly, you need to work guys and not create a queue

How tired of these terrible traffic jams and waiting at the border!!! The horror!!! We are waiting three to four hours to pass passport and customs control per passenger in a minute!!! It's crazy!!! Please make more control lanes and more staff!!! Thanks in advance, maybe you can do something else for people this year!!!
5.5 hours in the queue for passing the border, maybe I'll finish the repair and change my assessment, but for now it's very bad

There are few lanes on the border, or rather there are only two. This significantly slows down the operation and throughput of the point. The border guards are polite and friendly, everything is quite prompt. We traveled by bus to the Ministry of Transport 👍
He threw a star over the appeared drive. As it is, it's ugly. One eternally slamming door at customs is worth a lot. They can't change the door closer in a year. I don't even want to talk about the rest.
Good afternoon, I strongly do not recommend the Stone log! Traffic is at a poor level, there is no parking, truckers are standing on the side of the road, sleeping on the side of the road, there are no services, there are no toilets. I would like at least some amenities!
