On August 9, 2022, we passed the border, came from Belarus, passed both borders in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Before reaching 500 meters to the border, you need to turn off the ring to the right and enter the waiting area (you need to pay for a reservation of 32 bel. rubles, you can pay with a MIR card, Lukoil also paid for gasoline with a MIR card) arrived at 6-30 in the morning, the passage was scheduled from 7-00 to 8-00, as we drove into the waiting area, the scoreboard lit up our car number, we didn't have to wait. We drove with a cat, all the docks on it were in order, no one checked them at any border, you need to pay a fee at the Belarusian border, also 32 rubles, not to be confused with armor, like me, I had to go to the next building to pay, do it in advance, not like me)) after submitting the docks to the window (so as not to waste time). We walked along the green corridor, told the inspector who was making out the docks that we had a cat with us, she said that we needed to go to the red corridor and sent us to the customs officer, they waited for her for 15 minutes, she replied go like this, I won't make out anything, we went (we examined the car visually, we didn't dig into things, things were not taken out of the car, the same inspection was on the Lithuanian side), the Lithuanian border was passed quickly, there were 6 cars, the inspector collected the docks from all and quickly issued, my car was on Russian plates, there were no problems with crossing the borders. There was information on the web that a technical inspection was needed, no one asked us, and I didn't have it with me (the car was 1 year old), so please check before the trip.

There is no information that it was necessary to go to some parking lot first to get in line because of this, we lost 30-40 minutes. The staff themselves are friendly. We were traveling with small children, we were allowed not to get out of the car. The border guard himself came up and looked at them. My daughter was asleep, I didn't wake her up. I don't want to comment! Approximately , something similar on our borders . It would seem that the gates of the countries by which the country is judged , but everything is very sad . The whole verification system ( customs ) , document verification , toilets , no buffets , no vending machines to drink coffee or water , everything is somehow pathetic . If it passed ( check and passport control ) as at the airport for 30 minutes , then fine . And when you are in these conditions for 3-4 hours , you are not only sad , but also very tired and your nerves are on edge . But there are no other options . This is the fate of all those who mix between countries .

I was traveling from Moscow to Lithuania, I pre-paid for my reservation (in order to skip the queue), but no one (not on any official resource!!!) he did not warn that the Republic of Belarus had introduced a departure fee and which had to be paid 32 BR in advance. Problems started at the post, the QR code for which you can pay this fee is valid only for citizens of the Republic of Belarus. The savings bank with its own schedule (got on a shift change), missed all of whom I overtook in the queue) and lo and behold, the savings bank does not work, something broke down there and all turn out the lights - go back?! However, there are cultivators who will make you twice as expensive on the spot) in general, I waited until the cash register was working, paid the fee and went in peace. Everything is done for a person to remain very satisfied, especially with an imposed service that cannot be paid for.

The electronic queue (pay 32 bps) is called "live" by them! You can't go without her. Plus another 32 bps for "crossing the border".
Everything is moving EXTREMELY slowly, ONE passport control window is working (which by the way is a real live queue), and if the person in front of you has not yet passed the passport, but you have already passed, you will sit in the car and wait for him to leave.

We have been standing at the customs itself for 3.5 years, formally inspected the car and that's it. It feels like they have a shift change for the other 3 hours.
