A nice comfortable airport with pleasant staff. All rooms are clean. The waiting rooms are comfortable. The waiting time is the same as at regular airports.
It is there and it's great, an ordinary small airport, fortunately there is a mini cafe, it's not so boring to wait. I was "lucky" that day, all planes were delayed for a day due to the weather.
It is a small airport, although the population of Shymkent without the region is about a million people. A couple of cafeterias with a small set of food. There are few chairs. One souvenir shop. In general, it does not pull at the international airport.
It's cramped and stuffy. There are not enough seats, especially when you check in and the departure lounge is not open yet. The toilets leave much to be desired…
Very sad. The infrastructure is not very designed. I flew to Istanbul and almost missed my flight, although I arrived much in advance. Aviation security and border guards are not coping with the flow. Something needs to be solved
The airport is small, with several flights nearby there may not be enough seats on the benches. The toilet is clean. There are few benches in the park nearby. I hope the problems will be solved with the construction of a new building.
The airport for such a city leaves much to be desired . Some kind of leaf , not an airport . It 's too small and collective - farmed for such a big city .
It is very sad for a city of national importance. The fact that you get off the ramp and walk to the airport building is certainly fun. The airport is so small that it resembles the airport of a resort island. Everything is old and dirty
The restrooms are very small , as if you are sitting on a talgo train, the tea drinking area is very small, it is not convenient, the staff are almost literate, it is a pity, of course
