A Good Hospitable Airport. All employees are very well greeted and escorted off. Personally, I visit very often in connection with the flight to different cities...Apart from gratitude, there are no claims👍👍👍
It's a terrible place. It is a shame for the millionaire city, the third largest city in Kazakhstan, to have such a barn called the international airport. A new modern building has been built nearby, but there are some problems with it and it is unknown when it will open. And now it's cramped, like in a cattle pen, it's hot, there aren't enough seats, there's a lot of abandoned and overgrown equipment on the airfield. There is a traffic jam in the parking lot, narrow driveways. I don't want to come back here.
There are not enough seats in the hall. The prices in the store are very high, because there is no competition. There is nothing to eat and drink. There are few check-in counters, which causes long queues.
There are no conditions for the timely delivery of passengers to and from the aircraft. Buses without air conditioning, it's terrible what happens in summer. The storage is hot and dirty. The staff is too illiterate and they don't do anything every time, they can't help the passengers! The packer is constantly absent from the site. Check-in desks are often crowded, they could quickly serve passengers and relax, but there will be one to serve, 3 others will be empty. There are persistent taxi drivers on the street all the time. The parking lot is always a mess. In general, a fat two!
There is no organization. Planes are always delayed. Arriving there early one morning, all the employees slept until 6 a.m., and some of the employees could not wake up even by 7 o'clock. There is rabble and staggering all around. Management, pay attention to the work of the staff. Maybe it's worth organizing checks on employees' working hours?
The scanner didn't work, I had to stand in line and print it out, and the guy pointed out this case in a very rude way, offended as if I took the scanner away from them.
The name International does not correspond at all, the building itself is sooo small, there are no conditions for passengers, we were very surprised by such an "International" airport 👎
The staff is always polite, but a minus star for the condition of the waiting room itself. The smell of toilets and cigarettes is constant. It was possible to put normal hoods
It does not correspond to the status of the city, it is outdated and small. The waiting room does not accommodate all passengers, some are waiting for their flight standing up.
High prices, traffic jams are what catches the eye. The pleasant thing is the climate control in the waiting room, the possibility of charging, and probably the people here are good, responsive and talkative.
The airport is hot and small, but the parking lot is good, as well as illegal taxi drivers have made a bus station out of the parking lot and look gangly as customers are not afraid. Yandes taxi drivers are not attracted, they only come to the customer and they do not create any cost .
For a million-plus city, it's just a terrible airport. The baggage claim tape is generally something with something. I am ashamed of such an airport in front of the guests.
The plane left Shymkent city late. The only thing that upset me was that none of the employees warned me. We've been waiting so long and actually it's only an hour to fly.
We are waiting for the new terminal to be completed
The old one has already worked out everything, in general everything is terrible at the moment, for a city like ours, which has the status of republican significance. It's a shame if someone comes to us for the first time.
