Over the past couple of years, it seems to have been renovated, but this is still the smallest and fastest airport I've ever been to! There is not even a water shop in the waiting room. There is not a single sleeve at the airport, so boarding and disembarking is only via bus. The attitude towards people is appropriate: we were held for more than half an hour at night in the cold in an open bus, we could not go to the boarding in any way! They were not allowed back into the hall, they say, now the latecomers will come and we will go right away. As a result, the whole family came down with a fever for a week after such a trip!

On October 9, I flew from Shymkent airport to Almaty, at the check-in desk, Dauytbaeva Ulbosyn got used to my hand luggage and started talking very rudely to me so that I left my things (overweight of 2 kg, which I doubt, I flew out of Almaty as well and there was no overweight), I paid for the overweight! Shymkent airport is always rude, crowded, and hot! and so it always is! I don't notice any changes for the better!
