We flew from this airport for the first time and, after reading the reviews, prepared for the worst. In fact, everything turned out to be not so bad. The navigation is quite clear. There are queues for ticket and baggage check-in, but I won't say that they are critical. The queue for pre-flight inspection is moving pretty fast.
The business hall was pleasantly surprised by both the assortment and the quality of food and drinks. The kitchen is located in the hall itself and is separated from the distribution area by a glass partition, if something is over, it is promptly prepared and updated. At the same time, there are no smells of the dining room.
I didn't like the way passport control was organized. He is not at the entrance to the clean zone, but at the exit (after duty free, restaurants and a business lounge, right in front of the gates). There's a queue there, too, and you can get in trouble when boarding begins. It seems to me that it would be wiser to go through all the formalities at once, and then calmly wait for departure
The compact airport is located near Bergamo. There is a bus to the city center, stops next to the railway station. A great option for starting a trip to the north of Italy.
It's a good airport. You won't get confused. There are many places to eat and they are very tasty and high-quality, just like in all of Italy. And the prices are not too high.
There is a good airport, there is a piano on which all interested musicians (from passengers) can play. A month ago, when I flew out of here, one guy played for a long time and very professionally, in short, I attended a piano concert while I was waiting for boarding
Convenient, easy to navigate. There is no feeling of being amused and uncomfortable, as in large airports! I want to come back! See you later, Bergamo!!
A small compact airport, there are always queues for inspection in a clean area (it is better to plan in advance that you can stand for 30-40 minutes). There are small cafes and children's free shops, in general everything is fast and efficient. Buses run to Milan for € 12.
It is a very convenient airport, from where it is close to Milan. We flew on Georgian airlines. It is very convenient and fast. They didn't have time to go through passport control, and the suitcases were already spinning on the luggage belt.
The airport is very good, there are a lot of places to eat, and it's very easy to navigate, but queues💀💀💀
At first, when we arrived from Istanbul, we stood in line at passport control for about an hour, but the woman who distributed everyone in queues with humor, that's for sure😂
But we stood back for about 30 minutes (this is just to pass the inspection of bags, backpacks, etc.)
Parquet in the main area) parquet! Tired but damn parquet))) there is a shortage of outlets, it is a little sloppy, not cleaned everywhere, such an ordinary provincial airport, although not small. We did not encounter any inspection or waiting, since it was the arrival airport
We flew for the first time from this airport. At first we thought: kapets, this is one big mess. But, having calmly sorted it out, we were surprised how everything was clearly organized. A fairly large mass of people crowded into the registration hall. There are many automatic baggage check-in machines with several people in line. Then there is a general queue for the delivery of this luggage. In a short time while standing in line, you need to have time to attach luggage tags to the handles of suitcases and paste strips with a barcode. And, if everything is fine with the weight and dimensions of your luggage, you quickly hand it over at one of the many racks. I think that next time, we will go faster, already knowing the scheme. Well, then - according to the usual scenario.
A normal airport. We read reviews about long queues and arrived 3 hours before departure. Everyone rushed through without queues for an hour and sat in a cafe.
excellent airport, staff are polite and helpful, everything is clear and understandable, all procedures were completed quickly and without delay, there is everything you need
Departure delay of one and a half days. No water, no accommodation. No explanation whatsoever. The police, as the dolls stand, there is no help. An appeal to the staff, the answer is one, we have regulations.
Nice airport, spacious. We have been here several times. There are long queues for morning flights. And the first time we passed Dutifrey, we turned the wrong way. Delicious coffee and pastries in cafes, there are boxes for charging your mobile.
Today, at Bergamo airport, my watch was stolen at the checkpoint, and then the passport control officer was rude. I fly a lot, but I haven't seen this before.
Everything is fine, but the disadvantage is that there is not enough space in the waiting room, I had to wait for 3 hours, there were a lot of people on the street.
It was not much strange that for a city like Milan, the airport has such a small size. Old enough. Registration is fast, but queues at passport control can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour in time. Duty Fry is not big and closes at 22-00. It was in August 2023, roads are being repaired near the airport. Therefore, there are difficulties with access and parking.
Stand in line at the border for at least 2 hours. If you don't mind and like standing in a crowd, you're welcome.) and since there is a small airport in the mountains, it is normal to fly away from here, the prices in the cafe are acceptable. Coffee 2.5€ beer 5€ pizza 8€
The airport is not big, cozy, Milan is every 15 minutes, there are not many people, the price is 12 euros, it takes 50 minutes to get to the central station
I was waiting here for the departure of the morning flight and realized that the airport was not adapted for this. People were herded to the left side of the building, where everyone settled down as best they could - on chairs, on the floor. At about three o'clock in the morning, the right side, where the check-in desks were opened and we were able to go through for inspection. Cafes and shops have already started working there.
There are few outlets and they are all located in a cafe. Consider this.
A small, excellent airport. A slightly strange passage to control, fortunately there is a person who directs everyone) Well, the view from the gate is just super
I've been there several times
Just not at night, nowhere to sit, nowhere to charge your phone, buy coffee
Everything is beautiful during the day, everything is open and pleasant to be in
I don't recommend it
Little
There is no place to sit
For the first time I had to sit on the floor

I often fly there and from there. Normal. Only often crowds of people. I would like to see more comfortable waiting rooms. And in general, there are also shops, Cafes, etc. In general, a lot of different directions are not bad.
There are few shops, despite the fact that Italy is very sparse, it's an hour by car/ bus from Milan, it's not very convenient, buses run every 15 minutes, a ticket costs 12 euros
Not a big one , but a cozy airport , many cafes , shops , a weak dutik . If you arrive, there are many Shuttles to different places on the square after the exit
A good airport. But be careful when buying a ticket from Milan. This airport is far away.

The airport is so-so, the check-in waiting room is small at the entrance, it is impossible to deposit luggage after 20 pm. At 23 hours, everything is closed, people are waiting for their flight, sleeping, sitting on the floor along the walls. If you have not completed the electronic registration yourself, then this is 50 euros. Everything is much better in the departure area, even the prices are loyal in the Duty-free.
The airport is small, but! Going through passport control for 2 hours upon arrival is too much! One of the 4 "booths" worked!

The inspection passes quickly. After passport control, there is a cafe on the second floor of the airport where you can charge your gadgets before the flight, which is very convenient.
The airport is small, but economical in Italian. The waiting areas are not very comfortable and there are few of them. There are no places to charge phones at all. And what seemed quite wild was that he was not around the clock. Moreover, according to their rules, you cannot stay in the transit zone, but at night you must leave the airport and register again in the morning with the whole crowd! You can only wait for your plane while standing on the street until the border post starts working.
An excellent, modern airport.. there is a "kiss and fly" zone))))) the waiting was pleasant, the airport halls are spacious and clean.. It is convenient to get to Milan by car or bus (the bus costs 7€, goes directly to Milano Centrale).. the only fat minus is the cafe on arrival.. after flights in low-cost airlines, many people want to have a snack panini, brioche, drink something, BUT the cafe is terribly dirty, the floor is stained with everything, the tables are poorly cleaned, flies fly.. In general, the airport is 5, the cafe is 2 points...
