We flew from this airport for the first time and, after reading the reviews, prepared for the worst. In fact, everything turned out to be not so bad. The navigation is quite clear. There are queues for ticket and baggage check-in, but I won't say that they are critical. The queue for pre-flight inspection is moving pretty fast.
The business hall was pleasantly surprised by both the assortment and the quality of food and drinks. The kitchen is located in the hall itself and is separated from the distribution area by a glass partition, if something is over, it is promptly prepared and updated. At the same time, there are no smells of the dining room.
I didn't like the way passport control was organized. He is not at the entrance to the clean zone, but at the exit (after duty free, restaurants and a business lounge, right in front of the gates). There's a queue there, too, and you can get in trouble when boarding begins. It seems to me that it would be wiser to go through all the formalities at once, and then calmly wait for departure
A small compact airport, there are always queues for inspection in a clean area (it is better to plan in advance that you can stand for 30-40 minutes). There are small cafes and children's free shops, in general everything is fast and efficient. Buses run to Milan for € 12.
