At the end of 2018, I flew to Moscow via Milan, I was not allowed on the plane if I had a ticket... they had a system malfunction... as a result, the tickets burned down, I had to buy new ones the next day. It is useless to talk, argue, swear with the airport staff. Africa... There's nothing you can do about it... But the airport is new, clean, comfortable, modern.
