Nice little airport, everything inside is intuitive, there is a large parking lot in front of the airport, it is convenient to drive up and park the car. They say that there is a paid parking nearby, where you can leave your car for a day or two, for example, to fly to Astana and return, but I did not check it myself. It seemed a little strange that the lounge for departing domestic flights has two buffets and a large selection for snacks than for external flights, where there is only a small counter with chocolates and coffee. However, last year Kazakh cognac already appeared there, although at a price five times higher than the store price, but I was glad that I could bring cognac to my friends as a gift, which I praised so much.😊
Modern socialism. A small airport. Free entry. Convenient location just 7 km from the city center. It is not necessary to look for a parking lot for a car. You can park your car right near the airport for free and safely (there are cameras everywhere). If you do not trust (for foreigners), you can leave the car in a paid guarded parking lot in the city, near the airport. I know two: 1) on the street of General Arystanbekov, 3/12;
2) 87/1 Dzhambula street.
Perhaps one of the disadvantages is the lack of sockets in the waiting room for recharging phones and other gadgets. (And then they found a way out: they charged in the toilet).
