A small airport. Clear. Attentive staff. There are no ATMs for withdrawing cash from the mir card, there is only the Dushanbe City Bank in the city. There are plenty of taxi drivers. There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk. It takes 2.5 minutes to get to the center.

The hall is crowded not only with those who are flying away, but also with the entire clan of the departing one (relatives, friends, colleagues), and all the benches are occupied that it is impossible to sit down. It needs to be cleaned up! The airport is better in Khujand.

22.06.2023. The service is zero. We took off from Moscow at Dushanbe airport. Tagabozi. I am a citizen of Uzbekistan by nationality Tajik. And I was pleased to look at your airport, the service. There are only 2 passport controls operating out of 8 windows. At first, those who have a Tajik passport were missed. Come to us and see how we respect our guests. Mehmon toji sar. The fountain near the airport is full of green frogs.... O. Even after our plane landed the Chinese and some foreigners. What a mockery of the tourist who has arrived in the capital. Unlike the city, which I really liked, the flight from Dushanbe airport left indelibly bad impressions.
In short, if you want to register, go through passport control not in 2 hours, but in a reasonable time - prepare the money. Blatant bribery, otherwise you will stand motionless in queues for hours. My free experience is arrival at the airport at 6 a.m., two flights in total for departure, completion of all routine procedures at the moment when boarding the flight was nearing completion. This is a shame for the city and the country as a whole, there is no desire to return at all, despite the beautiful nature and lovely people..

I was on a flight from Dushanbe Airport to Yekaterinburg on 11/27/22. When passing through Tajikistan's border control, an airport employee asked me to open a carry-on bag and pull out an Xbox S, it is a small plastic game console with a volume no larger than a laptop and said that it could not be transported. She was not convinced by the arguments that we had already transported this device across the border of Russia and Tajikistan, Russia and Turkey and other countries, as well as other arguments. She could not argue her position. I just repeated that it is forbidden, without any details. She insisted that this was a violation and asked for a bribe to turn a blind eye to it.
Since I was in a foreign country and did not know where to turn, I had to pay to pass this control.
I could not even imagine that such a thing could happen at the airport in 2022. Tajikistan was very unpleasantly surprised by this.
The woman was not alone, there was a man in a gray suit with her, but I couldn't take a picture of him, because he had gone somewhere and I didn't see him anymore.

Some bribes...customs officials are constantly trying to find a reason to tear off at least 100s from you. It's unpleasant! They ask personal questions, they get into personal life, which should not worry them in any way! The questions are not relevant. You walk like a hell of a path, not a path to flight.
