I didn't really like the area before the inspection. It's a little cramped, it's not easy to get your bearings right away. But there are many shops and waiting areas in the "clean zone". It's more interesting here.
There is a very large airport, a high-speed train runs between the terminals, everything is clean and tidy. A huge Duty free zone. On the downside, there is a lot of smoking right before going to the airport, smog is everywhere.
The third terminal is super! There are a lot of places, spacious, a lot of shops in the departure area, empty. The second one is so-so. Modestly and a lot of passengers. Accordingly, all other services differ and parking.
The busiest airline in the UAE, the main hub of Emirates airport - that says it all! The logistics of passenger movement during arrival / departure was well built, all the accompanying procedures were comfortable and fast, including baggage collection. There are difficulties with navigation between terminals, but we have always coped. They moved more often between terminals A and D on the monorail. And for the rest, as everywhere else: expensive cafes and shops, quite decent business halls, well cleaned, in t h in public areas.
Very clean, friendly staff, check-in is fast, a personalized SIM card is presented upon arrival, the airport is spacious enough, there are a lot of signs, Wi-Fi is working
I have been familiar with Dubai Airport since 2012. And also with the services of the Emirates airline company! How has he changed during this time!? It has flourished, not only a lot of retail outlets, food outlets, etc. have appeared, but also a lot of services, services that ensure the convenience and safety of passengers. And only a lazy person does not know about the Duty-Free Dubai! There is no better place to find for shopping lovers! I recommend this airport to travel lovers as a transit or final point of travel!
Great airport. Very big. Attentive staff, help in different situations. And the most unexpected thing was often met by Russian-speaking
airport workers. No one refused to help. I will definitely come back.
A wonderful airport, as well as the country as a whole.
We went to this country with a family of 3 people (2 adults and a 4-month-old child)
The airport with convenient navigation is very clear, the attitude is amazing both in general and in their country, the attitude towards the child and the baby's mother is simply amazing. Everything is done thoughtfully and as comfortable as possible
An excellent, convenient, spacious airport with a lot of cool options, for example, to pass passport control yourself, such a quick pass. I really liked it. Clear navigation. Excellent trains run between terminals and control and departure/arrival zones. In general, everything is for people. I recommend.
It's a great place. Very futuristic. Convenient transport interchange. There are shuttles to hotels and you can get to the metro station directly from the airport
The airport has deteriorated very much, it has become shabby, the staff is like from another planet, it is difficult to understand or explain something, the attitude towards Russians is disgusting, a bunch of sneaking people from India and other similar countries, but these are clearly not passengers or employees, be vigilant with such. The terminal from which Fly Dubai departs is something, it is better not to go to the toilet, the hovering glances of passengers flying to India and similar countries do not confuse you, it is very noisy. Duty free is like a trip to the last century, one thing will be sold
to you by five sellers and for so long that you can miss the plane. Your suitcases may simply be lost or cleaned, the plane on this airline may be the grandfather of all planes. Dubai is not the same nowadays .It is better not to go there unless absolutely necessary.
Huge, just huge. There are a lot of free places, toilets at every step. There are also consultants who understand English at every step. There is no need to hesitate to ask, the airport is really huge and not everything can be found by the signs. Duty-free is so-so, prices are higher than in a regular supermarket outside, with cafes - as usual, look where the locals sit, it's tastier and cheaper there. In general, I really liked it, especially I remember the automatic passport control on departure.
There is a Duty Free, where you can buy a lot of sweets and souvenirs, otherwise nothing interesting) in general, the airport is average , even there were no sockets around the perimeter , one or two were only found and then it was impossible to get to them , because there was a queue , there is a charging station , but a connector for an old iPhone , so I would like to it's better, especially since it's Dubai, everything should be better for them)
A great airport is simple and convenient , but it 's pretty cold - be sure to take something to wear if you have to wait a long time for a flight . There is a duty free- prices are acceptable, but it is better to use local currency for shopping, there are also various cafes and fast food, you can even buy gold, and of course souvenirs (by the way, prices are not higher than city ones, so you can not bother looking for souvenirs and buy everything when departing from Dubai )
A modern large airport. Very large queues that are distributed quickly. There are a lot of staff who try to help. Lots of pointers. It's easy to figure out. Large and modern Duty-free.
Everything is convenient, the airport staff are friendly, polite. Upon arrival, the luggage was received quickly, in one piece. The airport staff shows us where to go, which was convenient for us. There were no difficulties with the departure either. We will be happy to fly again.
A good airport. For a long flight, you can stay in a hotel inside - located in different terminals. Lots of shops. One of the disadvantages is the overcrowding of business halls, where they pass Priority pass, milleon air, etc. - sometimes they even close the entrance.
Expensive/rich :) lots of shops and cafes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, because it's easy to get lost in this huge building. The business lounge is well fed, although the cost of visiting is floating and depends on how long you plan to stay there.
It is a very large-scale airport, at the same time, all processes are well-established: there are no hitches during check-ins, landings, etc., respectively, everything happens quite quickly!)
Great airport!!! There were only passengers of our flight at the huge airport. The passengers of our flight disappeared))). There is Wi-Fi at the Airport, the Internet speed is high. We were surprised by the toilets, everything is clean, beautiful, there is a changing table in the men's room. There is a food court, including McDonald's.
A wonderful airport. Everything is intuitive, there are pointers everywhere. It is equipped not only with vertical, but also horizontal escalators (for the particularly tired), free cargo trolleys for luggage, which is not at all airports, helpers, electric taxis and a huge duty free, where you can buy water, gold, and even a car. There are several terminals, and a free, unmanned metro runs between them.... So far, the only one in the world... Although there is the same in the city itself!
Everything is well organized, customs inspection was passed very quickly, polite employees, prompt, there are many check-in counters, a large waiting room, many chairs.
A lot of Negroid staff look very stylish: a black head, then a white shirt and black trousers underneath. The Internet seems to be there, but I was unable to connect to it. There are very few pointers on how to switch from one terminal to another.
The airport is not bad, but Singapore Changi is a cut above the level. In general, I liked the airport. The airport provided an employee with a wheelchair to a child with a disability for free (this point was discussed in advance with Dubai Airlines while they were still in Moscow). He quickly took us to the baggage claim. When there were restrictions on Covid, such an employee conducted us without waiting in line for Covid testing at the airport.
A very good airport, almost in the center of the city, the only drawback is a very large workload, mainly with workers from neighboring countries working in Dubai!
A perfectly technically equipped institution. Nice-smelling toilets that are cleaned with washable vacuum cleaners. The entire territory is equipped as business halls in Russian airports. Everything is for the convenience of passengers.
I love Dubai very much, and have always admired the DXB airport. But lately, he clearly can't cope with the huge flow of passengers. Four cafes in the second terminal is clearly not enough. 2 toilets, both very dirty. Flight delays are already a classic of the genre. It is unclear why Al Maktoum Airport was built? It's always empty. We flew in transit from Minvod to Pattaya instead of a free transfer to the 3-terminal, we were directed to get there at our own expense by taxi for 55 dirhams, although it takes 10 minutes to go there. Boarding at the airport costs 20 dirhams, although it used to be 10. And, of course, the taxi driver takes you around in circles to rip off more expensive!
The business lounge of the airline Fly Dubai in the 2nd terminal leaves much to be desired..it is clear that this is a budget airline, but still it's a little weak for the Emirates. The hall is located on 2 levels, small, a lot of people, for some reason the staff at the entrance does not advertise the presence of the 2nd floor, and the entrance to it is located as if to the side and a sign "for Muslims" hangs in front of it, i.e. until you yourself dare to go there and make sure that there are not Muslims sitting there, then you will sit on uncomfortable chairs in a very cramped room on the 1st floor and eat there. And what is even more interesting - on the 2nd floor you can not only eat, but also drink (haha, is this also for Muslims?), although there is no alcohol in sight and they pour it from under the counter)) Although, of course, compared to the general waiting room of the creepy terminal 2, this business hall is just a fairy tale))
A huge airport!! At first I thought that I would definitely get lost and stay there forever!!))) but then I realized that everything is simple and accessible. Clean, beautiful, duty free for different requirements)
Excellent and modern airport, fast movement between terminals. Baggage collection and border crossing always took place quickly. I have visited this airport many times.
A large airport. It is quite convenient. The logistics are clearly built taking into account that the train runs without a driver to the boarding gates. It's a great airport. The only thing is queues, as everywhere else, in terms of passing through passport control.
I really liked to see the well-coordinated and fast work of the staff, there is no crush or uncertainty, almost everything is scheduled every minute. They were quickly taken off the plane and passport control was immediately passed on the fly, luggage was given out just as quickly, the toilets were clean, air conditioners.
There are a lot of cafes in the departure area at reasonable prices when compared with prices in Dubai
A large, clean and spacious airport. There are no crowds of people at the reception. Everything is clearly distributed. Duty Free is a beautiful, polite staff. The toilets are clean
We were at Dubai Airport for the first time. Despite the large number of people, there were almost no queues. Wrapping luggage with a film is cheaper than in Russia (only 600 rubles.) Some Arabs can speak Russian very well). Immediately noted the absence of endless paranoid inspections. Only when passing into a clean zone and then without addiction. The water bottles were not seized, but they were extremely interested in the network filter-carrying. I had to pull it out). The laptop was told to get it in advance. There are a lot of people in the clean zone. There was nowhere to sit down for a snack. And where there was a place, then either the table was not cleaned (there is no self-service), or there were no chairs. The business hall helped out. The impressions are mixed, but the emotions from the stay are mostly positive
The best airport in the world. Three terminals. Terminals 1 and 3 are huge, beautiful and with a huge number of shops and cafes. You won't get bored waiting for a flight.
Terminal 2 is located separately, not very large. flyDubai flies from it and the flyDubai office is located in it.
