A wonderful transport hub, everything is fast, clear, customs is cleared in 20 minutes, luggage is even faster, no problem! if you choose as a transit airport, then only it, and if you also choose Emirates airline, then there will definitely be no reason for frustration.
Looking at all the diverse audience of airport passengers, it seems that you ended up at a party like in the movie "Element 5";) everything else, as they say in previous reviews, is "The largest, most beautiful, most convenient, etc."
It's big, but there are signs everywhere. You won't get lost. Moving between blocks on the subway. The waiting time for baggage and passport control is minimal. A lot of people would like to learn from this. Everything is fast and efficient.
The huge Dubai airport. We almost missed the flight to the Maldives, there was a huge traffic jam from the cars to the departure area. Thanks to the taxi driver, he was able to avoid the entire traffic jam. After check-in, we took the domestic train to our boarding gate. There are many cafes and shops with a variety of goods.
The airport is large, beautiful, and modern. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. There are a lot of branded stores, a food court. Everything is at your level. This is not the first time we have flown, everything is at the highest level.

The largest aviation hub in the Middle East and Africa is located four kilometers southeast of the historic center of Dubai. It is technologically advanced and modern, and has all the infrastructure for passenger convenience. I also like it as a transit hub for Emirates or Fly Dubai flights. Excellent duty free service. The best experience, everything on time and on schedule.
My experience is from 2022. A very large airport. It's like Heathrow or the new Istanbul airport. I was surprised that I had to get on the train before passport control, but it's even fun. Although there is a similar joke in London too.
The airport is clean and spacious. Not a soulless one! The temperature is comfortable, do not turn on the freezer mode. It's a little hard to navigate for the first time. The metro is nearby, so you can do without a taxi. When you take off from there, a taxi may be needed depending on the terminal. I advise you to check the site because I was there in 2022. 10000% made upgrades.
It 's just a very huge , clean and technologically advanced airport .A large number of check-in counters, information desks, luggage packing and other services.
Gentlemen, definitely come in advance when you fly out - you can EASILY get lost.
The number of shops and cafes available (a lot).
Beautiful, comfortable. The only drawback is that on the scoreboard from which exit the flight will be boarded is indicated literally 45 minutes before departure, so in doubt whether you arrived there, you wait)
Terminal 3 and Building A are very long. Terminal 3 (sections B and C) is about a kilometer long. Internal taxis are partially saved. The passage between Terminal 3 and building A on the underground train is very inconvenient (for some reason, they screwed up with elevators instead of escalators).
The terminal is very narrow, and the business halls, except for Emirates, are uncomfortable and cramped. It is impossible to rest in them.
You need to invest a lot of time to do everything in time. At least 30 minutes on tax free. There are no clothes in duty free, only cosmetics, alcohol, jewelry and glasses.
There are two opinions about this airport: terminal number 3 is international, it is much better there than in terminal number 2, clean, cozy, spacious, status. But in terminal 2 there are more local flights and the nearest cities are already full of people, the airport is not so clean, especially in the toilet, apparently they just don't have time, there are no empty seats, gates appear on the scoreboard literally before departure, you can't hear the landing announcement, air conditioners are blowing strongly, so you need to dress warmly, although outside the door + 41 heat. All this can be understood, it is not easy to serve such a number of passengers and thank them for their work!!!
Of course, it doesn't compare to the airport in Kaspiysk, but on the whole it's not bad, of course. I didn't like that they don't serve camel milk for free.
Great airport! It is huge, an unmanned light metro runs from the plane to the terminal. Everything was thought out, clean, and passport control was carried out quickly, despite the fact that there were people from several planes at the same time. There is even a smoking room for those who like to smoke. The staff is polite, there are even Russian-speaking cashiers in duty-free shops)
The airport is good and modern, there are currency exchangers, many restaurants and cafes, the sale of suitcases and packing of things with stretch film, a lot of souvenirs, a huge airport. But it's better to relax in Turkey, it's much more fun and delicious.
A spacious, logical and comfortable airport. I left my wallet at Duty-free. That's how they found me and returned the lost item intact. Thank you so much for your responsibility and honesty!
A perfectly functioning airport (with the exception of natural disasters). You can quickly go through passport control through scanning documents, and if you need to print documents, then there are racks with people. No need to take off your shoes, take out your laptop, put outerwear in the tray, etc. Everything is simple and fast (May 2024). At the bottom is the arrival area and a convenient meeting place, and at the top is the departure area. To check in for a flight, it is enough to go to one of the many self-registration terminals with your luggage, check in for a flight and send your suitcase inside the device. It is super convenient that the metro departs and arrives directly at the airport. The most popular areas in the city can be reached cheaply. But the downside is that night metro flights operate on different schedules and sometimes the last train is not as scheduled, but earlier. Parking and taxis are very conveniently organized. Since it is state-owned, the prices are on the meter, then at the exit there is just a queue of people who are put in the first taxi car in order, and then on the move with the driver you decide where to go. One minus, once the whole group was taken to the next row of taxis with expensive minivans, and they did not give us the opportunity to get into a regular taxi, it turned out to be noticeably more expensive, but not space. It is convenient that there is a convenience store with ready-made food, flowers and useful little things on the ground floor with very reasonable prices. It is also better to immediately buy a 220v adapter for Eurovision from their local one.
A modern, huge, crowded airport. I enjoyed being there. Our plane arrived quickly. Duty free at every turn. There are a lot of organizations in this building, but it's kind of expensive.Comfortable chairs .The disadvantage is that they work here relaxed when our passport was checked, well, we had to wait about 15-12 minutes.
The most terrible "waiting room" Priority pass. The assortment is very small, the seats are worse, we're on the plane, and the waiter also "runs around the room" and monitors how much mineral water you pour. The child took the second jar of gas. And then they made a " remark " . We did not expect such a level from the UAE.
We passed all the controls promptly. But... there were a lot of people queuing in the business lounge for an hour… There are a lot of Hindus, as if I had come to India.… As it is, it's clean, everything is nearby, the duty free is huge.
I can't say that I liked the airport. The check-in area is small, a couple of seats sit down and it's time for coffee points. There is a footcourt, of course, but there are only 4 places with food on it, 3 of them fast food and 1 Indian cuisine.
We thought it would be more diverse in the departure area, but no, dutifrey, a couple of sandwich shops and a couple of fast food outlets. Even coffee was hard to find a place to drink.
In general, I didn't even lie next to Sheremetyevo and Pulkovo.
They strained the snake-shaped queues. Those who (the staff) were looking after the queue did not direct our family and child in the direction of a live border guard. As a result, when our turn came to the smart device, I turned to it and asked us to send it to a person. But he directed us to the end of another queue. It's really annoying.
Beautiful, fashionable, and stupid in terms of navigation. Visually, everything is cool, new terminals with waterfalls designed to cause a wow effect, everything is cool. But navigation, ahtung. Hardly a C grade. And if you transfer to terminal F from, say, B, then 15-20 minutes are waiting for you in a stupid bus. There are terminals in tickets by numbers, in navigation by letters. How to translate into letters if you need a ticket from Terminal 2 to 3, the sheikh knows him. You find your flight on the scoreboard (and you watch their aztsky filmstrip there), the automatic subway between the new terminals is also in half, slow, but for now, many more people are involved in it and will follow the passengers than if they put one driver in it.
Four points still for the fact that the exchange rates are sane, the dytik is relatively decent (I expected more from such a hub), well, the luggage was not crumpled and not pecked at the transfers.
They need to be retrained in Sheremetyevo or wherever else we have.
A huge airport, in particular Terminal 3. The airport is a "home" for Emirates. It is very convenient for transit flights. There are hourly hotels inside, but you can comfortably sit on chairs for free and wait out the flight waiting time. There are quite a lot of cafes to eat, from Mac to HardRock. A lot of Duties. Branded stores. You can travel around the terminal on golf carts absolutely free of charge. Traditional sweets can be purchased in the shops. In dutifrey stores, prices are slightly more expensive than, for example, in Antalya or Male. There are quite a lot of toilets at the airport, clean. There are free Maclaren folding strollers for children. The waiting time there is very unnoticeable and comfortable.
There is a monstrous security twist in the second terminal in the international zone. I saw a couple of guys from Pakistan "under something". One of them insists on asking about his family. Later, some Indian with a malicious smile insistently offered to "smoke." As a result, he called an airport employee to make him feel bored. The employee helped him buy some water. He threw out the water a second later
Good day! The airport is at the highest level, cleanliness, order, airport staff are polite, they will always tell you. There are smoking areas, very convenient.
The airport is a dump, everything is far from each other, there are no normal scoreboards. There is a sign in which zones flights are registered in which directions - the information on it is incorrect. Be prepared to trudge back and forth across the airport with your luggage. They find fault with shoes during the inspection, which are ignored at other airports. They are forced to take them off - they do not have any temporary shoe covers, chairs, or a spoon for shoes. I have to stand with my socks on the dirty floor. The staff are rude. There is no point in reviews, because the airport essentially has no competition, which it uses.
It's a fabulous place, I like this airport, everything was provided by the guys who were involved in the development of this creation.
Naturally , we 'll come back again , if only we knew when
We rested for 8 nights in May. Great hotel! I liked absolutely everything! Made a free upgrade))) The service is super! We congratulated our son on his 16th birthday (cake, juice, wine for parents))) The room was super! Fully equipped!!! kitchen. Washing machine, ironer, iron. Snow-white bed linen and towels are changed every day, bathrobes, super cosmetics! Convenient location: view, beach, promenade, taxi. When we returned late, a room was prepared for us: everything was cleaned up again, the curtains were drawn, water on the bedside tables. The food in both the main and ala-kart restaurants is excellent, they offer both free and paid menus (a little expensive). Visited two. We will definitely return to this hotel!
Terminal 2 is such a thing. The waiting area is packed with Indians/Pakistanis, the cafes are packed, the Dutik is small compared to the store in Terminal 1 and the assortment is specific.
One of the best airports in the world. It is convenient to get from the city, including by public transport and by rented car, close to the old center. Spacious terminals, clean, no crowds, good navigation. Decent staff. Duty Free and cafes are pleased with the prices. The disadvantages are the difficulties of moving from terminal to terminal if you are not yet in a clean zone and the somewhat arrogant behavior of passport control officers, too, "white sheets" for me!
A very cool airport, lots of restaurants and lounges, and a lot of sleeping areas. Plan in advance, if connecting flights take a very long time to move from one gate to another, and from some zones you do not need to go by metro at all. The staff is friendly, they will always help or orient you.
There are a lot of people. Take care of your things!
Everything is very well organized, the service is at the same level as everywhere else in Dubai. There are many shopping areas for every taste. Wi-Fi is no problem, the temperature inside is comfortable. There is a lot of space, there is no discomfort and thoughts where to sit down. When visiting the country, a local SIM card is issued. In Dubai, in principle, everything is built and organized with great care for the convenience and comfort of people, both the local population and guests of the city.
Cool! Everything is fast and convenient. The staff is greeted and escorted off with a smile. There are plenty of shops and cafes inside. You can kill time before departure by just staring at the abundance of different goods.
The airport is clean, large, the staff all looks great, people work quickly and efficiently
I liked it even at the airport itself, the price tags are not particularly expensive.
It was very big, and we were already on the train to board. But the entrance is simple, no problem, even the water in the carry-on luggage was missed. Duty free is not bad, but I didn't find any special sales, but the flight was delayed for almost an hour
