A comfortable airport, no fuss, convenient, does not require extra long movements, super innovative in terms of check-in and baggage drop - you do everything yourself, including hanging the tag on the suitcase yourself. A lot of food court, a lot of duty free shops. Clean toilets. One thing is that it is very humid inside the airport, the air conditioners are working at full power, but it does not help completely...so in June, maybe better in other months. Yes, and the bus from the plane to the airport takes a very long time, 40 minutes we were driven and this is on the territory inside the airport.

There are a lot of people at the airport, it's not very clean. sitting in a cafe is just a problem, there is not enough space. There are chairs at the exit to the plane, you can sit there. The airport is beautiful, large, technologically advanced and generally top-end. Why I put a four: a significant distance between the terminals and unobvious navigation — you need to come to people with questions to find a shuttle that carries up to 2 terminals (we had a connecting flight). Believe me, we tried to figure it out ourselves, but alas :)

Terminal 1 seemed old and not very convenient. Low ceilings and more queues for registration. We checked in with the seats, and when we received boarding passes, we were given other seats. The entire journey to the clean zone took about 1.5-2 hours. Otherwise, everything is simple and clear.

We were in terminal 2. Duty free is small, the choice is small, expensive. It's cheaper in stores. But if someone forgot to buy something, it helps out. The pointers are clear. You can go with your own water. There is a vending machine, you can fill your bottle or drink from the fountain. There is a smoking room-there is a full house. There are toilets, we didn't see any queues. Employees work very quickly and smoothly at registration, at inspection, at passport control. We didn't see any queues. There was an unpleasant situation:a woman from Samara was late for her flight, because it seems like an airport employee showed her the wrong exit. It is unclear who is to blame here, the gate is printed on the ticket. But they didn't leave her, there were employees standing nearby. In general, everything is clear and well-coordinated. The airport is normal, in principle, no different from many international airports in other countries. It is important to take into account one circumstance - there is a long distance between the terminals and you need to go by bus and together-the waiting time and the trip itself takes 30-35 minutes. Shops are full of different types, but I would not say that cheap- Duty Free prices are like everywhere else and considering the expensive dirhams are even more expensive than in the dollar zone. You can eat in many places, but of course - not cheap. There is no alcohol in the Lounge.

An interesting airport. I've been in transit there twice. There are several terminals between which are transported by bus. The main terminal for Emirates is stretched in a long line. There are travelators and free electric taxis. Exits to planes via teletraps. The staff is helpful, they will always help. As in most vehicles, there are many Duty Free stores from groceries to electronics. There is a hotel inside the a/p building, but there are no capsule hotels. There is a place to eat, but with the influx of passengers, queues may appear. There are plenty of toilets.

I have been to this airport several times. I flew in transit to Europe via Dubai. I don't know if my information will be useful or not, but if you are flying with Emirates Airline, then you will be able to get into any terminal, if you are flying with Qatar Airline, for example, then you will not be able to pass.

The biggest stress was that there were 3 terminals at the airport, due to poor knowledge of the language, the taxi driver brought us to terminal 2, only on the other side, where the entrance is only for staff, we had to change into another taxi, and drive another 15 minutes, arrived at the departure terminal 15 minutes before the end of registration.
