The beach was poorly cleaned, garbage, cigarette butts. It used to be cleaner. Despite the fact that the input is 5 AED, of course not much, but a fact. There is no Wi-Fi. The main disadvantage is that the cash registers have been removed!!!! There is no way to pay for admission in cash. One day, the card terminal did not work, only online, but there was no Wi-Fi.

I expected the worst after reading the reviews in Google maps. But no, at 3 a.m. everything was working, including McDonald's and a coffee shop. The duty is small, but everything is there, including alcohol (in a clean area). There is only one small cafe before registration. There are almost no people, there are few flights. Quiet and peaceful.

The airport is new, nothing really works at night. There are vending machines with water, the cheapest water is 0.5 there costs 3 dirhams. There are toilets. I don't remember about the food, but it looks like McDonald's, but it works until 22:00 and that's it. There is Duty Free, but there is so empty of cosmetics ... but cheaper at prices than in the Dubai Mall in Sephora . The basic something can be selected. Lots of perfume. And even more department with alcohol and food (all sorts of sweets, tea, coffee)

It seems that now the airport is open only for vehicles from the Russian Federation. A huge terminal, from which only one flight to St. Petersburg was sent on the day of departure. It's super comfortable, as there are no queues anywhere and it's very clean and quiet.
There is no stand for receiving tax free, a very reduced duty free store.

The airport is located in the desert. Dubai city center is 60 km away. however, right at the exit there are RTA buses (red and yellow), route F55. which will take you to the red line of the metro (Expo2020). it costs 10 dirhams. or a taxi. It costs 200 dirhams to get to the center.
Don't take the black Lexus :) this is Uber, and their price tag is 1.5 times higher.
Take beige taxis in the parking lot (everyone will fly to you by themselves) (they have RTA on board in small letters). They're on the counter. Cheaper.

The impression is good, compact, modern Inspection-pass punt. I was impressed by the parking lot in front of the airport, huge with awnings. There are few shops, there is not much to see, there is a currency point for sale, they require an address, phone number when buying😁. The toilet disappointed...
