Didn’t like duty free. You pick a lipstick for example in Mac corner and it is impossible to try it, and nobody will help you. The samples outed upside up and you can’t see the number and the name of item for no getting out it from the hole. So you should get all of them to find right. And IF you find

Small and thus very efficient - 10 min from entrance to gates. Free parking is just 50 meters away from the entrance (but better check the status as they can make it paid parking anytime). No traffic ride to the city. Best for Palm and Marina areas.
The airport is large and modern. But not mastered yet. There are very few shops and cafes. We saw only planes from Russia. The airport is not busy at all. It's good, but the service is not enough.
Huge (of course smaller than DXB), modern, conveniently located (especially for Dubai Marina, Jumeirah or Dubai Expo), as practice has shown (04/16/2024) - better protected from the vagaries of nature…
But at the same time, the airport is completely empty. And empty in every sense of the word. Empty free parking lots, empty border crossing posts (one or two out of 30 may work), the same with check-in for a flight. There is a huge queue at one working counter. In the years since EXPO2020, this air harbor has not yet been "promoted". All hope is on Emirates, which seems to be going to move their base there!
It's a very cool airport, small, essentially one-story, and as free as possible (at least when we were there). There is a huge empty parking lot in front of him, there is practically no traffic nearby. When we took off, there was 1 person in the queue at check-in, 0 at passport control, 0 at scanning, as a result, it took 5 minutes from entering the airport to the waiting room. There is a Smart Gate framework at passport control, such as it should be convenient and fast, but this is if they work, which does not happen for everyone for unknown reasons. In the waiting area there is a McDuck with adequate lunch prices and a coffee shop. The toilets are cool in Dubai and there are quite a lot of them. In fact, the only disadvantage of a small airport is the lack of sleeves, buses are transported to and from the plane.
You can get from the airport to the metro by bus F55, runs according to the schedule (there is one in Yandex Maps) once every 15-20 minutes, it is paid with a Nol transport card. Both times the bus was half empty. It seems like it's not far away, but the bus wanders through all sorts of local back streets, picking up people, as a result, it takes about 40 minutes in time. Of course, it would be absolutely wonderful if the metro was extended to this airport.
A good airport, everything is clean and cozy, duty free everything is there, there are comfortable sun beds where you can sleep! There are very few people, as well as staff, especially at night. And the airport itself is large in size both inside and outside. It's not far to Dubai, 40 minutes, I think it will be even less soon, since everything is being built there at a good pace✌️
A small airport, located at a distance from Dubai and Sharjah. Getting by car is OK, by taxi to Sharjah, for example, the price tag is cosmic! Inside there is clear navigation and fast service. But! the free SIM cards that are given to Dubai International were not given to us. You can't find food here during the day with fire. If the machine is in the coffee, but they only accept cards, which can be attached, but mine had to be inserted. Accordingly, it was not possible to buy even rasterized coffee. There is no other food/drinks🤦♀️ Provided that our Victory is flying from this airport and there is no possibility of online registration, then you need to arrive in 3 hours
30min for the procedure, the rest of the time is waiting, it would be nice to have a cafe here, but no. Al Maktoum is a car for non-eating passengers. Otherwise, he is good
A big, clean, new airport. The duty free zone is scanty, you don't need to expect that you can buy something here. There are drinks, perfumes and chocolates, statuettes of camels and Burj khalifa. That's probably all! The waiting area is huge, there are enough seats, there is carpet on the floor, children ran barefoot. A makdack was seen on the second floor, but we did not go there, we arrived late at the airport.
The check-in area is a huge long snake maze. A boarding pass was issued quickly enough, then the customs area. Everything is decent, fast, without huge waiting queues.
A large and empty car, as many wrote here. See the photo)
Positive: intuitive, clean, quiet, comfortable in air temperature, there are drinking fountains (take an empty bottle).
Cons: there are few employees at the counters and at customs, few cafes where you can have a snack, no lounge. It's still far away, you can see on the map: it's 50 km from Sharjah, but so far we've been driving from the hotel for 2.5 hours).
Keep in mind when choosing a flight (for example, Ural aircrafts fly here on tours, which delayed our departure from Moscow Time at 1.30, and back at 2.30).
A small, quiet airport, duty free is good, perfume prices are lower than in Dubai stores. There are discounts on dates. It is convenient because it is compact, toilet, duty free , food, departure areas, do not get confused. The seats are comfortable, soft, comfortable, and have a homely atmosphere.inside of Macdonald's food.
Of course, this is not the central airport of Dubai, there are no expensive and interesting installations, many boutiques, etc. But there is a lot of space and few people (mostly Russian-speaking people, because the main flights are from Russia). There is so much space that children can arrange suitcase races (which is exactly what our children were doing). The airport is more than intuitive. Upon arrival at the control, they immediately divide the queue with and without children. An adult's face is scanned, which allows for more rapid control in the future. Upon arrival, they give out a free SIM card, which is valid for exactly one day after activation - convenient. After passing the control, there are shops and currency exchange offices. There are free pump rooms with drinking water at the airport. You can get to the city by public transport (bus + metro) or by taxi. The NOL card (travel card) can be purchased at the store (see photo). The price is 25 dirhams, of which 19 remain on the map - this is enough to get to anywhere in Dubai. The bus goes to the metro station (at night to Ibn Battuta, from 6:00 am to EXPO 2020). The transition from the bus to the subway is very clear, it does not cause difficulties.
About taxis - municipal taxis (with blue and red roofs) are on duty near the airport - they are cheaper than calling through the app.
The departure area is also clear and operational (due to low passenger traffic). The waiting chairs are comfortable. Minus - we boarded through the bus - there were no teletraps either for arrival or departure. In general, I liked the airport because there are few passengers, a lot of space and everything is clear.
It's a good airport, clean, fast, but it's a little far from the center. They don't give you a sim card. You can connect to WiFi without a SIM card. Passport control is divided into smartavia and those who arrived for the first time. Moreover, the employee heard the phrase in Russian "for the first time" and immediately said: here. Go through passport control (you will need to scan your retina - look into the camera, it seems impossible in lenses), then get your luggage, there is also duty free and toilets (you can change clothes), go out into the hall, immediately offer a taxi (in careem it was 200 dirhams) and tell you where the buses are and where to buy a pass - there is a shop “At your service”, you can buy a Silver card in it, but you can't top it up, only in the subway. Following the signs of Public Buses, you go to the bus stop, we were lucky, the F55 bus was already there.
When entering and exiting, you apply the travel card not to the monitor, but below, to the stand with lights. We were lucky, we were traveling with guys who already know everything, told us what to do, where to go. The websites say that the F55 goes to Ibn Battuta (apparently, it's only at night), but we got to the final one - Expo City, took the subway, it also has the final one, so we can only leave in one direction - the right one. At first there were no people at all, then, closer to 16, they ran in, they couldn't get through. The metro has a map with stations (does not match the scheme on the Internet) + an electronic scoreboard and a voice-over of the next station in English. Travel by bus + metro = 7.5 aed., because there are 3 zones.
Nice quiet and sparsely populated airport. There is a waiting area and a cafe in the area before check-in. Payment at the cafe is either by card or in local currency. After passing through passport control, souvenir shops, cafes (you can already use euros and dollars). There are not many shops, but enough. At the boarding gates there is a smoking room with a panoramic window and tables. It's not very bad. Everything is clean and organized.
The only drawback: I didn't see the sleeves.. boarding via buses. We flew away in the rain. Everyone tried to get off the bus evenly in order to quickly get on board the ladder. "Thank you" to the family of compatriots who ran ahead, splashing.. and .. yes, that's right, they fit into the cabin with their backpacks, and we stood in the rain on the ramp and waited for other passengers to clear the aisle, putting their belongings on the luggage racks.. It's good for them - it's already dry.. And you don't have to think about others.. But this is not an airport..
A very convenient unloaded airport. The only disadvantage is to travel far. But you can go from here to both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, about the same way.Alternatively, order a gettransfer, pay with a mir card. Most of the flights are from Russia and the CIS. Upon arrival, you can change money at the exchanger, the exchange rate is better here than at other airports. In general, it is very quiet and peaceful, WiFi with the simplest registration.
Victory is flying here. For the first time, it is better to enter the Emirates through the main airport (DMX), there is a metro station nearby, where you can immediately buy an RTA Nol Silver card (an analogue of our Three). In Al Maktoum (DMC), you have to take a bus to the metro, without a Nol card it is unclear how to pay for it, and there is nowhere to buy it. I'll have to take a taxi. If you already have a Nol card, you can top it up in cash through the payment terminal right at the bus stop. And since the airport is normal, when you re-enter, you pass through the smart gate using biometrics, quickly and without any stamps in your passport.
By the way, the prices in duty free will be pleasantly pleased. The staff is very polite and attentive. And find another public place with a red carpet. It is very pleasant to be here. There is a McDonald's on the second floor, you can't stay hungry
Clean, spacious, compact, comfortable waiting area, delicious coffee shop, Russian-speaking staff at passport control, a large selection of souvenirs in dutifry)
Excellent airport, large waiting rooms and plenty of seating. Clean and spacious. The cafe is not enough and you can run into a queue. But in general, the impression is good.
A large, new and modern Dubai airport. It is not heavily loaded with people. The location of the airport is not convenient enough, it is only close to the Dubai Marina area. There are many more enclosed spaces, most likely they will be shops, From the food outlets we saw only McDonald's. Duty Free has Russian-speaking staff.
A small airport in the distance from Dubai. There are almost no flights, so there are very few people, everything happens quickly and without pandemonium. The disadvantage is that there is nowhere else to have a snack before departure except for McDonald's and Costa Coffee. There is only one business lounge and there is no access to it under the usual premium programs. Duty Free has a fairly decent assortment, there are almost all brands.
A small, modern, calm airport with a good road leading to it.
Unlike DXB, there are always almost no people and free parking.
If there is a choice of flights, then I recommend only arriving here and departing only from here.
It's great that there is water. You can drink from the fantanches even after the passage, maybe there is a place to drink right before boarding the plane. Here you learn from the airport, you can't take it with you, there's nothing to buy Pitot for 10 times more expensive, but here it's just a buzz.
Remember the two buses.
N55 straight to Dubai (it is night)
F55 to the first metro station, Expo City.
Both cost 7.5 dirhams.
Before boarding, buy a nol card to leave on them. In short, in duty free from a person, you can buy it for dirhams. It's worth 25 grand, they're already on the bill.
It's a good airport. Clean, very spacious departure lounges, there is always a place to sit down.
The only thing is that it is very far to get to it, but this is no longer the fault of the airport itself. Someday the city will reach him too :)
The airport is very large, there are few people. Passport control is fast. Duty free is small, the range is so-so. There is a cafe, for example, Magdonalds. You can buy Nol cards (metro/bus) at the airport. There is a bus stop near the exit from the airport, the bus goes to the metro.
A convenient small airport. You go through the registration and security zone very quickly. There is a McDonald's, a cafe. Taxfree was issued fairly quickly. Close to Dubai Marina
A good airport, far from the hotels of the city, but this distance is overcome very quickly, 15-25 minutes and in the city if by taxi, the cost is about 150-180 dirhams at night if you take from the Arabs at the exit from the airport, will they start a luxury car right in a crowd, more expensive than Yandex? I can't say it was 10-15 dirhams cheaper in Yandex, but we got lost and didn't find it, in the end we went in a good mood with a carbon monoxide bomb)
It was the first time I flew out of this airport, on the 3rd, a small duty, there is little choice, but they accept rubles in cash. (I compare it with the main airport, because there are many shops, restaurants, etc.)
Wi-fi is working, there is a smoking room.
I didn't like the fact that people walk in front of the entrance asking to transfer iPhones and Dubai chocolate! Be careful, because you know where the free cheese is
A huge airport built to receive guests at Expo 2020. However, now this airport is used to receive only a dozen flights a day. The airport is clean, excellent navigation. There are several duty-free shops in the departure area. If desired, you can even buy a Mercedes for 500 thousand dirhams. There is also a McDonald's in the departure area. There is a tax-free ticket office. Announcements during boarding are made, including in Russian. There is a bus service to the airport around the clock. There are no problems with taxis either. There is a vending machine for purchasing and replenishing transport cards at the exit to the city at the bus stop
The relatively new Dubai airport. There are not very many flights, for this reason, passport and customs control will last quickly. There is a Duty free zone where you can buy something. There is an exchange and a smoking room. It takes 40-50 minutes to get to Dubai. Have a good rest, everyone.
The airport is at a high level. Clean, cozy, no congestion. They will help you everywhere and prompt you with a smile on your face. But you need to know a little English.
It's a great airport. Surprisingly fast service. Attentive staff. Patient customs officers. Cleanliness and order. I am very pleased. You can always negotiate with taxi drivers. Exchangers are of course a little overpriced. I do not advise you to take a SIM card at the airport, and you do not need it. There is free Wi-Fi almost everywhere. Good luck to everyone.
