The service is incomplete, you need to call and wait a lot to leave and especially get your luggage back.. ( the airport shops don't work 24/7 and open at about only 9-10 am..if you have early morning or late night flight - you won't get much there and won't have a bite(

A good port, not big, but comfortable. The space is well distributed. The halls are decorated for the holidays. Clean bathrooms. Principled employees who clearly follow instructions. It's great that there is a Vanilla store - this is a wonderful national delicacy - Dent, in presentable forms and packages.

I liked this airport in Aktobe. Comfortable, bright, courteous staff, beautiful coffee and even mini French fries. A comfortable waiting room, air conditioning. I will be happy to fly through Aktobe if possible.
I add, we flew to the UAE via Aktobe in March 2024, we wanted to put warm clothes in the storage room for 7 days 3,500 rubles for one package! Two packages +3500 rubles! In general, we thought 7000 rubles for two pairs of shoes is expensive! and they took the shoes with them. On the ground floor in the cell phone department, a very friendly girl helped with the connection. By the way, the parking lot is not guarded.
