A wonderful vacation in November! Special thanks to the director of the travel agency. She very competently selected a hotel for us, consulted on the peculiarities of the coast in Cuba, prepared all the necessary documents! Initially they wanted to go to Egypt, but thanks to Elena they chose Cuba and never regretted it! The vacation was 100% complete. We will be happy to fly from you again!

We flew from them to Egypt in October. A very reliable and customer-friendly organization. The selection is great, I really liked the hotel. Probably, a lot depends on the budget... We immediately decided not to save on vacation and were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much!

If you want to spoil your vacation for yourself, then this travel agency will help you!
This is the most DISGUSTING tour selection that can be! Thanks to Elena (the director) for choosing the hotel! I still wonder how it was possible to do this to my clients! We applied to this agency for the selection of a hotel according to our criteria. It was clearly said what we want, what we DON'T want. Elena assured us that "I AM SURE THAT YOUR VACATION WILL BE WONDERFUL" and sent us to the AMC hotel in Hurghada 5*. Guys, this is hell. I've never seen such a mess before. There are a maximum of 2 races.
Elena dissuaded us from two other hotels, assuring us that she would be calm for us in this hotel. We hoped for decency... a woman with experience, a leader.. He won't lie... yeah... That was not the case.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this travel agency. They say that they know the hotels, but in the end you come to a nightmare.

We returned from Egypt. Thanks for a great vacation! We chose for a long time, Elena worked with us, showed us the hotels, explained the difference, prepared all the documents, wrote them down for the test.... In short, as with the children with us! Thank you again! You're just Great!
