The main advantage is the location! The beach, the promenade, shops, cafes - everything is very close. The washing machine, stove, kettle worked properly, there was always hot water.I really liked that it was quite quiet, there was no noise from the street, as well as from the neighbors.Maybe I was lucky. A good set of dishes was available, special thanks for the Turkey for me.The room itself is nice (on the top floor), but it is already quite tired, the ventilation does not work! We saw a room in the basement-everything is really bad there. The receptionists hardly appeared at the reception -we had to look for them.The covers on the beds are some kind of leaky waffle towels. There was cleaning once a week-and that's good!The overall impression is, in general, ambiguous

A large room, appliances and plumbing work perfectly, a quiet street, proximity to a beautiful promenade, beach and shops. Apparently, that's why the high cost of the room, even in the basement, where they lived. This is the "downside".

We liked the hotel. We lived in a normal room, after experiencing the first floor in another hotel (very dark), we didn't even consider the basement, and when we came to see the rooms, we asked for a lot of light, and they gave us one. With a view of the road, there was sunrise on the walls in the morning, and the children watched from the couch as they sawed trees and took out trash cans from under the windows. Free entertainment.
I liked the table and the shelf in the bedroom - it's convenient to work.
But there are not enough chairs, in room 2, they took the third one, but there are three of us and I would leave one in the bedroom by the table.
It was used, except for the microwave, everything is working and cozy.
The hotel has a high elevator with a wheelchair, but a ramp.
On the downside, yes, the smell of sewage, they left the fan on and tried not to leave the toilet door open. This is common.
The hob is buggy, but it's been adjusted. I was pleased with the hood and the backlight from it. The air conditioners are well located, but we only turned on the heating a couple of times.
The TV reproduces the USB. It's very convenient for us.
The hotel is pleasant. Everything we needed was immediately added (extra towels, a brush and a dustpan, more hangers in the closet and an extra blanket).
Audibility is like everywhere, like scratching with neighbors. We were quiet.
The scrub rooms seemed even quieter, but darker.

Super, it felt like home. We booked it first for 1 week and then extended it again and again, we lived for 15 days as a result. Clean, stylish. We stayed in the studio in the basement. There is a lot of space in the kitchen, it is convenient to cook, it is convenient that the bedroom is separated from the living area. Despite the basement, it was quite bright. Many thanks to the reception staff, they are very nice kind people. The sea is 5 minutes away, there are many cafes, shops, including convenience stores, parks and other entertainment in the area, there is a clothing fair in the Sun nearby, and a vegetable 2 times a week.

A nice apartment hotel in a convenient location, close to the waterfront and all restaurants and shops. There are bicycles for rent. For a child, you can ask for a baby stroller and a chair. We lived for more than a month in February and it was good. Of the minuses, there are minor repair flaws in the bathroom and kitchen. One of the advantages is the kind and helpful staff. You can ask for Shakespeare coupons for 100 lire and save a little on breakfast. A good alternative to renting apartments if you need a short period of time. I recommend it!

Everything is fine, I left a detailed review on the booking site, all descriptions match. The hosts are friendly, help solve problems, the rooms are clean, cleaning is regular, the clean pool is well located - shade at noon. The location of the hotel is very good, everything is close and the sea and shops and cafes / restaurants.

Good afternoon! We stayed at the hotel in November 2023. In general, the condition was 3, the pool was already empty, the socket in the bathroom was falling off, the child was almost electrocuted🥺 we refused to clean, and judging by the reviews we did the right thing!
When leaving, I forgot perfume on the sink, I wrote to them in 40 minutes to leave and not throw it away, I will come the next day to pick it up. At first they said they didn't exist at all, then they said they threw them in the trash. After I asked them to pick them up from there, or to let me look in the trash myself, they refused, they said that they had allegedly already taken them out of the car, in 40 minutes? Seriously? In general, I was left without perfume, it's a pity we won't come anymore!

09/28/22 after cleaning the apartment, the child's favorite stuffed toy, the cat, with which he always slept, disappeared.
A toy for sleeping, so we don't go outside with it. It is not small, so it is impossible to accidentally remove / throw it away.
The receptionist and the cleaner said they didn't know anything.
When they fled the war, the children took one toy each, but the cleaner decided that she needed it more, apparently. The child is in tears, because he has nothing left from home, but here everyone does not care🤷🏼♀️
By the way, the cleaning here is disgusting. There is dirt in the corners, a layer of dust under the bed, the sink is all stained, there were poorly washed dishes upon arrival.
In an attempt to find a toy, we explored every corner of the apartment.

Excellent apartments with facilities. A full set of equipment, good WiFi. Stylish design, nice to come in. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers in the backyard. 5-7 minutes to the sea.
The disadvantage is the lack of balconies.

Great place, polite staff. We took a room in the basement with a kitchen. It is very convenient, there is an elevator. There are two air conditioners in the room, they warmed perfectly. They give bicycles to ride for free. Close to the sea and to the shops, I really liked it. But room cleaning is very rare and poor, they do not sweep out the dust. There was a brush and a dustpan in the room, they managed it themselves. Oh, there's a washing machine and a microwave.

The room has everything for a family stay, in addition to a stove, kitchen appliances and utensils, there is even a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
