It turns out, according to the director's logic, when a client contacts an agency, makes a deal and is subsequently thrown, then these are the client's problems, not the agency's. And also to contact and remind about your problem 3 times is not enough, you had to stand at the door of the agency and beg them to do their job efficiently, then they will take up your problem. It looks like a very decent company, in fact, like everyone else, they received their commission and then let the client figure it out as he wants.
