I was brought to this hotel once with an excursion. 3 stars - ????????. The staff is politely inattentive. There are no door handles in the rooms or they are broken, the furniture is falling apart, it has been standing since Soviet times, there are fist-sized holes on the walls, the doors are fastened and do not close, the lamps do not work all. Plumbing in the 80s works and lives its own life. I waited for water in the shower for 20 minutes. When asked why it was cold in the room (May), the receptionist replied that it was cold outside. An ancient city, an ancient hotel, and how little you need to spoil the experience, change the attitude towards the city and the population. My opinion is of course a trifle, but there were 45 of us from Minsk, and how many people come.... I often visited the city, I liked it, I will go around.
