We recently visited a door store to select the right doors for our apartment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We spent about 10 minutes in the store, inspecting the assortment, but to our great annoyance, none of the employees came up to us to offer their help or answer questions.
In such an environment, we did not feel welcome as customers. During the selection process, a professional approach and attention to customers are important, but unfortunately this was not the case in this store. Realizing that good service plays a key role in the purchase process, we decided to leave without making a single purchase.
This lack of customer orientation left us with a negative impression. It is a pity that we could not get the necessary information or advice, as doors are an important element of our apartment, and the choice requires a careful approach. We hope that in the future this store will pay more attention to its customers so that other customers do not face similar problems.

There is a huge selection in the salon, there are both inexpensive entrance door models and premium ones. We bought a model from the middle price range, but we are completely satisfied with it, the consultant gave us a recommendation for it for a reason.

Very poor logistics, unprofessional craftsmen, managers who will promise you everything "next week"
Installed the door in May, the platbands were not installed, no one warned about this in advance.
After a month of calls to the company, it was possible to call the master, who a month later installed the platbands, which came off after an hour, and at the end of August (!) noticed that the lock was poorly scrolled, and the platbands, of course, were not fixed.
On November 1 (after 2 months of calls), we managed to come to an agreement with the master, who had to prove that the door lock did not work well, after 10 minutes of controversy, we managed to prove that the lock really did not work well and it needed to be changed.
If you have an extra 5 months to install the door, then I advise you to contact this "company"
P.S. Perhaps this is the worst work of the craftsmen and the company that I have come across, I do not advise anyone.

Do not contact this door salon! Cheating at every turn! They promise one thing in words, the contract prescribes completely different conditions! The agreements are not fulfilled, they require an advance payment, and after making an advance payment, the initial deadlines are increased 3 times. Carefully read the terms of the contract, the terms are not in favor of the client as much as possible!

The communication of the logistician leaves much to be desired!
I ordered the doors of invisibility.
The installers installed the doors normally, but before installing, I warned them that the doors were for painting and gluing.
And in this case, the fittings should not be put on!
but they put it on and did not take it off.
Now, to re-call and they have removed all the fittings back, they ask for money, since this is a type of re-call.
The doors are not worth a penny anyway, the installation of 3 doors is 400 rubles
and a repeat call for 5 seconds of work is another 50p
But the most interesting thing about this whole bunch is that the installers turn out to be not this company at all, but just left-wing independent workers.

The logistician understands that the mistake of the installers is that the fittings are usually removed (I also clarified with other installers, all as one said that the fittings are always removed!!!!)
And they still demand to pay for their mistakes?

At the moment, a door has been installed without a mirror, which I have been waiting for for a month, because it was broken. I applied to this salon only because they promised a quick installation, as a result, they have not been installed since May 27. I advise you to look at other salons

As they say, everything is in one bottle. In appearance, I liked the Porta model. Yes, and the price is quite adequate, it does not go off the scale. The store's consultant recommended reliable fittings. As for the measurement and installation, there are no complaints at all. All work is done quickly and efficiently. I am satisfied with the result. I was not mistaken with the choice of the company. It will be necessary to order interior doors from them. There are very beautiful models on the site.
