The Akihabara station of the Tokyo subway has the name of the area (Akihabara) in which it is located. There are a huge number of electronics stores for every taste and budget. There is also a multi-storey Duty Free store for foreigners with equipment adapted for use abroad, including in Russia. There are a lot of goods here. Prices are lower than city prices. I recommend a visit.
