A new slider was selected and installed by an employee. At the same time, it became impossible to fasten the lock. I noticed this only at home. I had to go there a second time. As a result of the torment of my lightning, it became wavy. At the same time, they also yelled at me that I was picking on it and the zipper was worried about how it was sewn (in the production of jeans). Before contacting this store, the zipper was smooth.
The second runner seems to be normal, but the native one was better.

I visited the Metro store of the same name more than once, in different parts of the city, everything was fine, the sellers were friendly, they would always advise the best option and advised me to contact their repair point for piercing and lining the hinges, arriving at the place the receptionist gave out the phrase: I don't want to do this! This is the first time I've heard an employee make such expressions in the workplace, it was extremely unpleasant, I gave it to the girls next to the Household who said we'll do everything quickly without any problems.
I visited other Metro stores — there were no problems. However, this time the situation turned out to be different. I stopped by to ask if I had what I needed. The young girl I addressed did not just respond sharply, but literally shouted as if I had invaded her personal space and disturbed her peace. When I pointed out that I was older than her and was a client, she just laughed, which added an unpleasant aftertaste to the whole situation.
This case made me think about how in the modern world the boundaries between professional and personal, between respect and permissiveness are blurred. For some reason, some people believe that you can do anything without being responsible for it. Perhaps this is a consequence of a lack of upbringing or a general decline in the level of communication culture. In any case, such situations not only spoil the impression of a particular place, but also make you think about not visiting this eatery anymore.
The most non-customer-oriented METRO in the east, the quality of services provided is in great doubt, guarantees after installation of fittings are not given, you will not want to return here after such a "service", it was worth reading previous reviews before coming here, I hope not in the entire network such a service)

I really liked this store, first of all, by responsive and creative consultants, connoisseurs and masters of creative crafts. This time I "ran into" Ilya, a consultant. As such, there was no negativity from the employee, but I did not receive any advice and assistance at my request in the selection of accessories. Questions and requests related only to the workshop's services were refused or redirected to other workshops in a narrow direction. Honestly, I'm very upset. Therefore, if you know exactly what you specifically need, it doesn't matter. But if you need advice / help on fittings, most likely Ilya will not help you.
I turned to the studio to change the non-standard zipper in the jacket - 2min and everything is ready. Thank you. I also liked the needlework shop, bought a clasp (a large selection) for beads. LIKE.

The terrible work of Katerina's "seamstress" left an extremely negative impression. Absolutely not a competent employee in this field. It is also impossible to resolve the issue with the administration, the director of the workshop did not even want to look at the damaged and mutilated thing. I strongly advise against it.
