A cozy and peaceful hotel. We lived in a suite, breakfast included.
Of the advantages:
1. The hotel is beautifully decorated according to the time of the year. The restaurant has delicious food, the price is slightly higher than in the neighboring establishments in the city. Breakfast: buffet and a choice of dishes, delicious, satisfying)))
2. The room is large and bright. There are 2 towels, a bathrobe, soap accessories, one-time slippers for each person.
Every day, all this was updated with new ones. The bed is comfortable, the bed is clean.
There is also a hairdryer, refrigerator, and cups in the room.
3. The staff is polite, check-in and check-out at a convenient time.
Of the cons, for me:
1. Hot water in the cooler in the common hall on the floor, I think it's not very convenient, it would be better to have a kettle in the room.
2. The room was cool, the month of December, but we were provided with a heater and adjusted the central battery. Apparently, this was how it was supposed to be.
3. The toilet flush button was stuck all the time and the water was gurgling all night long. The plumber came, for some reason, at a time when there were guests in the room, did not figure it out and left. We figured it out ourselves and fixed it .
4. And probably the biggest disadvantage is audibility, there is no sound insulation at all, you can hear people talking in the next room, taking a shower, etc. I think this is unacceptable for a suite. And generally for hotel rooms.
In general, I recommend this hotel!
Convenient location in the city center.
I took off the star only because of the disadvantages, but this is my opinion, perhaps for someone these disadvantages are not critical.

Although the hotel is small, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms. Everything you need is provided: bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable. There is a cooler. There is a smoking room on the floor for smokers, but there is a pleasant smell in the corridor. Excellent service, they responded quickly to all requests. The laundry works promptly. There is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. Our family liked everything. I recommend

A good hotel, the location is good - almost the entire center and the park are within walking distance.
Nearby there is a shopping center, shops and an exchange office, which is not a little important in another country.
Why put 4, we had a suite designed for 4 people.
But there were three of us, two adults and a child. And it turns out to be a suite for four, and towels were given only to adults, the child had to buy a set of towels for a fee, so also every day they sent a cleaning service to ask to bring this set for the child, since they forgot to put it to us....
the question here is not about money, but about the attitude towards the guests... then why did we flaunt the suite for 4…
Well, the breakfasts were a little disappointed, the food itself is normal, a very small assortment, but to be honest, all 7 days are the same.
That's a solid 4!

A very cool and cozy hotel in the heart of the city. Nice new rooms, nice and courteous staff. I really liked the cuisine in the hotel restaurant (I had lunch and dinner). Everything is delicious and of high quality. I periodically fly from Moscow to Karaganda, I constantly live in different hotels - because there is something to compare, I think this is one of the best hotels in the city. By the way, I arrived at 10 a.m. (after a night flight from Moscow) - I was checked in immediately, without waiting. For this, special thanks!

Excellent hotel, good location. There is a place to put the car. The restaurant is inside. The food is good. Relatively inexpensive. Everything is within walking distance. I was on a business trip, we lived for probably five days. I liked everything. The rooms are cleaned daily, soap and toothpaste are changed all the time. I recommend.

He lived in room 201 in April 2024. It's a bit expensive for such a hotel, room and breakfast. Of the advantages, only the location and cleanliness. Remove the sprawling green plants on the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors, get in the way of the passage. The room is cramped, the armchair is bulky for the size of the room, the table is uncomfortable, the sockets are far from the table. The pillows are superfluous, there is nowhere to put them. The refrigerator door scrapes on the floor... the lamp plug has frayed wiring, it is dangerous to pull it out of the socket, out of harm's way and did not touch it. It's a failure in small things.

It was the first time. I liked everything: the room, the cleanliness, the service, and the food. It's really delicious! The large hall was occupied, a banquet was taking place, and we were offered to go to the VIP booth. The order was accepted quickly, everything was brought with fervor-with heat, as they say. I recommend this place.
Nice hotel in a quiet location, good location. The receptionist is very pleasant. The breakfast is to choose from, and it's good. The staff at the restaurant for 5 was served quickly and accurately. The rooms are large with all amenities, very comfortably furnished. The room is clean, I didn't find any dust or cobwebs.

In the suite, the toilet was smoked, apparently, the smell is no longer eroding. In general, the suite does not pull, but the situation was saved by the fact that the beds were with good mattresses and we managed to relax. Since the room was reserved exclusively for sleeping.
The hotel knew that there would be three of us, but they put towels for two and warned that the set for the third was with an additional fee, I had never seen this anywhere before.

The room is cleaned frequently, without problems. Clean towels and personal hygiene products are always available. The breakfasts are simple, but tasteful, and very tasty. The menu is dominated by Russian cuisine. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The restaurant starts working from 8.00, but if you need to leave earlier, you can always notify the administrator and you will be served breakfast earlier.
