The waiters are bad, but they still speak Russian, which is a plus.
Food as luck would have it - my meat in the dish was tough (Ojahuri), a friend had another order and the meat there was very tender.

The historical part of Tbilisi, where most of the buildings are in a ruined or dilapidated condition. Our hotel was located opposite the blown-up Armenian temple. The impressions are ambiguous, but they will not leave you indifferent.
