The service in the office is fast, clear, and courteous. They will help with the selection of products and advise on related materials. The warehouse operation leaves much to be desired. They took the documents, go there...and for 40 minutes I waited for a person who could be asked if the order was ready for delivery ... and I did not hear a word in response, they pointed with their hand to the side that needed to be picked up...I don't really want to come back.
