Once a magnificent creation of Stalinist architecture, but now completely neglected. It does not work, it may be in a protracted restoration. But the view from the outside is of historical value.

The abandoned building is in disrepair. Either demolish or rebuild. The second one is very expensive, the former cinema has been empty for many years.
