In this organization, only the staff are excellent, polite, but it's a problem to download something, you come to extract documents, a queue, then they poison you to another warehouse and there's a queue, and then it turns out that you need to go to another warehouse and there's a queue, and then again to extract documents, and most importantly try to find it all in a large area!
