The drink menu is delicious, the staff work is disgusting… We bought drinks with a friend, the queue consisted of 14 orders, after 7 orders were given, a man of Korean-Japanese appearance came and ordered 5 drinks with him, despite the fact that he was the last. They made drinks for him right away, they gave them to us after 25 minutes, although they warned us that 10-15 minutes..... It was smoothed out not to put one star only on the delicious drinks menu. If you are ready to wait 25-30 minutes for your drink, then please. Many ingredients are also missing!!! The evening is ruined..... I'm not going there anymore.

We arrived at the institution, and the staff of this institution decided to refuse service to people 10 minutes before closing, to the question:Why? the girl said that you would not have time to do it in 10 minutes, but after talking, the girl still agreed to do it, but it turned out that there were no ingredients, so they refused to serve us again. If you have run out of ingredients, why not tell the people who are standing and waiting in line. I went there about 5 times and every time there were some problems. There is no tapioca (okay, a lot of people), they will mix up the order forever, you ask the composition-they do not know. I really love Bubble, but I'd rather keep going to another point. And the employees are very unpleasant, as if I did something to them. It was the first time. There are no questions about the service, but the drinks themselves did not come in at all. I paid 34 rubles and zero pleasure. The one on the far right (in the photo) had to be thrown away without finishing it, it was so tasteless.

Several items from the menu were not available. We ordered two teas, one was poured through a leaky cup, the other had only a crushed mango stone instead of the mango itself.
In addition, the restaurant staff did not tell us about the "gift when ordering for 30 rubles" campaign, although our receipt was for 27 rubles. We learned about this action when we left the institution and heard employees talking about it to other customers.
The impressions of this institution are completely spoiled, we will not come here anymore. It is better to visit their other place on Independence
