A cozy "lamp" space for classes. There are a lot of interesting and useful tips, I especially liked fly stretching (yoga in hammocks) and functional training. There is an application where it is convenient to view the schedule, sign up and track the rest of the classes on the subscription. We were also pleased with the individual changing areas, which are closed with curtains.

A great studio with a wide range of classes, teachers, and subscription options. It's warm and atmospheric, and there's water for the guests.
The cool thing is that the schedule is online and you can make an entry in the app in 2 clicks.

A wonderful studio with a million yoga directions :) They also regularly conduct all kinds of networking, meditation with gongs ... I really like it. The nicest people.

It's very cozy and I want to come back again. New aesthetic halls, a cool atmosphere and an administrator. I try all the directions that are in the studio. I was at Christina's Human Design, at Tatiana Shapiro's Letting Go, on a "Healthy Back"! I recommend it!

This is love from the first visit.
I thought for a long time which subscription to choose, in the end I settled on unlimited, because there is a very wide selection in the studio and I want to try literally everything.
Each practice opens up new opportunities. Your own body never ceases to amaze.
I sincerely recommend the Place of Power and thank all the Masters who opened the doors to the art of self-discovery and self-improvement without resistance.
