We celebrated the DR for 12 people. The kitchen was pleasantly surprised, everything is very tasty and the serving is very beautiful. Special thanks for the hookah! The service was excellent. The set, which was not in demand, was beautifully packaged and given away. We were quite satisfied with the karaoke program. A nice bonus is a greeting from the institution. But I did not like the hot dishes from the word at all (salmon was cooked for a very long time, and it turned out to be over-dried. 66 people celebrated the New Year's corporate party on December 23. The price-quality ratio is very decent. Compared to other establishments in the city, the check was small. The food is delicious, the volume of dishes is decent. For the minimum order amount required by the institution per person, even dessert was included. Cheesecake did not leave anyone indifferent!!!!
The program is cheerful, the atmosphere is festive. Separate compliments to the service- the dishes are served on time, the waiters are as helpful as possible. The place was open until 4 a.m. - even the most restless danced and sang)))

I've been to a karaoke place a couple of times and I liked it! The staff is friendly! The food and its presentation are amazing!) The atmosphere is generally romantic, as they say, there is a "cannon-bomb" institution!!))Karaoke , music , the main thing is that the location is good! The service is generally fine, except that sometimes the waiter forgot about the order (let's put it down to the fact that there were a lot of guests).
The kitchen is for a strong three.

THE GODS OF MARKETING. if someone writes that it's bad, it means they're in a bad mood or you're a competitor. In general, it is a pleasant place, but the administrator Arthur is a "censor" who does not know how to find a common language with visitors from the word at all.
Firstly, this person, who performs the duties of a security guard, apparently does not even cope with this, because when we entered the institution we did not see anyone and went straight to an empty table (of which there were a lot). Then this "censor" ran up to us and started yelling "he came here." Initially, we immediately wanted to spend a wonderful evening in the UAZ of the local patrol, explaining ourselves for grievous bodily harm, but still decided to restrain ourselves and talk to get this employee deported to the appropriate institution
His claim was that we did not ask permission before going to the table (it is unclear who to ask permission from if this administrator was clamped in some corner, and in general it is a strange practice. I don't want to ask the guards for permission, especially with such manners. If you introduce such a rule, put a stand with a normal administrator)
Then this genius, like all such persons, still refused to carry a complaint book, and after providing it, he tried to prove that he communicated politely and to you, that and also turned out to be right in everything, and the boors are us
In short, 1/10 for such service. Such people should not work in public places, and even more so in positions that involve communication with people, and are designed to help people form a good impression of the institution. A fairly frequent guest at the quizzes here and drank more than one can of beer, but now it's definitely better to just go to the quizzes in other places (at least before hiring adequate administrators in this)

2. The staff is responsive, attentive, but a little slow, perhaps because of some internal regulations.
3. The food is delicious, the expectation is acceptable, the portions could be bigger.
Disadvantages:
1. As the slowness of the staff said.
2. The girl behind the karaoke is too much, when they say they don't want to sing, it's unnecessary to put microphones in every song and insist that they sing. This is a huge disadvantage.
