We were here in the fall of 2023, but we still have fond memories. A wonderful hotel with the most responsive, positive staff. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, in the morning, when you go to breakfast, local musicians play pleasant, soothing melodies on some strange instruments, the territory smells pleasantly of the fragrance of offerings. Everything is very private and friendly. The room stock is excellent, freshly renovated, everything works, no questions or problems. Even if you have any problems, the staff will solve it, put you down, meet you, guide you, help you. It was the most relaxing and at the same time full of emotions vacation, we will come back here again at the first opportunity! For us, this is some kind of pearl, after so much time I am not writing emotionally, but warm memories are rolling in.

They were in July 2024. I liked the hotel itself. Beautiful, cozy, green area. Good location.
Breakfasts: the omelet is delicious, there are few desserts. But we had enough. The only thing is that breakfast is served until 10.30. Due to the jetlag, they did not always have time for them.
A comfortable bed, nice bathrobes and slippers. Hygiene products of poor quality.
They clean quite well for Asia.
I was confused by the lack of shelves, drawers in sufficient quantity and from almost all windows there is a view of other windows. I had to constantly close the curtains. Which were heavily wrinkled)
Bottom line: the hotel is not bad. The impressions are pleasant. But for the next trip I would look for an option with better views from the window

We were in early May 2924. A very nice compact hotel, the biggest plus is access to the sea on the beach, where you can always swim, the sea in this place does not depend at all on the tides. We lived in villas, our own small pool near the house with access to the pool shared by the villas. quiet, calm, cleaning every day. The territory is not large, there is not enough greenery, it was very inconvenient to carry the key to the villa, electronic locks were invented long ago in the 21st century. By the way, they could have been used to pay in bars and restaurants, and so I had to call the villa number, the waiter left to check, then took the order. Garbage was cleaned on the beach every day, but it was cleaned in a peculiar way, buried in the sand, what was washed by the sea overnight. Another disadvantage is that in order to get to restaurants or to the beach, you had to go to the central building, climb to the second floor and go through the dining room either to the sea or to the communal pools.
Restaurants and food- breakfasts were quite plentiful, but monotonous, 4-5 types of juices, fruits were very few, there were often not enough sausages and side dishes, lunches and dinners were for 3 (in general, I did not like the food at the hotel. Very expensive alcohol, there was no wine list , from the word AT ALL ( two types of very mediocre wine and that 's it . The staff is friendly, tried to come to the rescue to the best of their desires) for food in general and in other hotels. It positions itself as a 5* hotel, but only because of the location, otherwise solid 4, closer to 3* in terms of nutrition.

Before writing a review, it should be noted that the hotel is not just 5 stars (which, for example, are full in Turkey), but it also has a lot of awards and certificates, so expectations from the hotel were overstated. But in the end, we were disappointed on many points.
Of the advantages: the most luxurious rooms - the simplest Deluxe will be almost 50 sq.m, half of which will be occupied by a bathroom! The room will have everything you need - slippers, bathrobes, very fragrant shampoos, gels and body lotions, water, tea, coffee and more. The hotel also has a large territory with two swimming pools, one of them with a diving tower, foam parties are held every other day. Overall, good service and everyone is very friendly. But just this service is to their detriment - you will understand why below.
Minuses: 1. Check-in at 15.00. This is official, but in fact they are settled even later. We were settled only at 17.00 and there were many like us. After 16.00, they started to make a row, but it didn't help. The answer is one - the number is not ready yet, we have a double check, we pay important attention to this and blah blah blah.... And what does it mean to check in at 17.00? This means that you no longer have time to go to the beach, the day is spent.
2. Breakfast. As I wrote above, the hotel has a very cool service. So, when you come to breakfast, you are met by a girl at the reception, notes in a notebook and then escorts you to the table. You will say - well, super service! Yes, but in reality, the girl is alone and there are many guests. And it turns out a very strange picture - the restaurant is empty, it is full of empty tables, there is a queue at the entrance, because the hostess stupidly does not have time to see everyone off. As a result, you stand at the entrance to the restaurant for 15-20 minutes, waiting for your turn! The theater of the absurd is simple! As for the breakfasts themselves, many praise them, they are very diverse. And at first glance it seems so, but in fact you realize that the assortment consists mainly of a vegetarian menu, there is no meat except bacon and questionable sausages.
3. Rats! Yes, you read it right - there are rats running around the hotel. And there are quite a lot of them, especially in the evening.
4. Mattresses on deck chairs. The mattress cover is non-washable, fabric, it absorbs everything. As a result, there is not a single clean mattress - everything stinks, streaked with salt, sauces and other things... We disdained to lie on them even through a towel, we just lay on a rattan cover.
5. If you bring your drinks and food on site (by the pool, for example, or on the beach), you will be politely but very insistently asked to clean up. Even if it's just a bottle of Coke and peanuts. Like there's a bar, a restaurant - order here!
6. And the last thing is the sea! Of course, it does not depend on the hotel, but the sea is dirty, there are a lot of algae, swimming in it is a so-so pleasure. Algae is thrown onto the beach, so the sand is also not clean, well, I'm silent about the smell - it all stinks very strongly of iodine and fish...
Overall, we had a great time as we tried not to pay attention to the cons) we had a great company, and we translated everything into a joke. But it's up to you to decide whether to stay at this hotel or not.

The hotel is declared as 5 stars, but really falls short, the staff can not cope. Starting from the reception: a long wait, they don't tell you about the hotel, they check in for a long time, there are no welcome drinks, they give you a voucher for tea, which you can get downstairs, you have to go down to the bar and wait a long time just to drink from the road. The rooms are modern, but sooooo small balcony, the bed is small, the crib for the baby was brought only the next day, the phone did not work. I had to go to the reception to settle all the problems, although the path is not close. The most disappointing thing is breakfast: at any time there are huge queues and waiting for a table, the hotel cannot cope with such a load.

This is the best place in all of Bali. There are no disadvantages at all. The staff is kind and polite, the sea is warm and there is always. There are no currents and debris, but only after a huge storm. The beauty is indescribable. There are many pools, there was a pool in the room on the ground floor. One disadvantage is that our Russian tourists had sex in the pool - it was embarrassing to swim with them.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday (we went on a honeymoon).
The beach is the cleanest of all the hotels on the shore.
The staff is very friendly. Great food in restaurants.

One of the inexpensive ones in Nusa do is quite justified for its price. We didn't notice anything bad, we didn't find outright disadvantages, we didn't really like the breakfasts, but this is a personal opinion. The sea is nearby, periodically moderately dirty from ocean debris, not very pleasant, but it does not interfere with living. There are many pools and they suit every taste. The staff is friendly, but this is the norm everywhere. Wi-Fi is weak, it could have been done more efficiently. The rooms have everything you need, they are quite spacious. We stayed for 2 days. We rented an expensive room with a private pool. It's great to swim in the heat in the middle of the day and then hide in an air-conditioned room. I recommend this type of accommodation. There is a shopping center next to the hotel, where shuttles go. You can take a break from shopping. We came across a non-working TV, telephone, and an entrance door card. This was eliminated, but it took some time and interfered with rest. Separately, I would like to draw attention to the beach area of the hotel, which is included in the service paid to visitors. All 2 days the beach at the hotel was terribly dirty - both seaweed and garbage. Moreover, the neighboring beaches were perfectly cleaned. Here, we repeatedly made a remark to the manager, left complaints, but none of the managers contacted us.
Therefore, it is impossible to give even 3 stars to the work of the staff and administration.
