But I didn't sign up for the waiting list for tomorrow! They asked me what dates I was signing up for. That is, it turns out I was not recorded when I called and dictated the dates when I could. How can I make an appointment with a doctor??? Everything is scheduled for October, there is no schedule for November yet-what do I need to do to bring you 92 rubles per session and get the help of a specialist???
And the last, not a little important, is the attitude of administrators. It's nothing. The doctor was late, and they didn't come up to me and tell me about it. I waited 10 minutes and came over myself. They called the doctor, did not receive an answer and told me "the doctor was already here, we will not call him personally." Teach the employees who are the face of your clinic not just to say hello and say goodbye, but also to take part in the activities of doctors and patients.
