Polite staff, always prompt and direct you where you need to go. They will definitely remind you about the reception the day before. This is very important when you sign up in advance. We've been here to see a cardiologist, an ENT, an optometrist, and we've taken pictures and ultrasounds more than once. I highly recommend Gubarevich's pediatric dentist, Alevtina Alekseevna. We've been with her for years. The child goes to her without question.
The only thing I can say about the quality of treatment is about the dentist. The quality is excellent! We went to the other specialists for an examination. But this is enough to understand that the staff is quite qualified. The problem, as in many clinics, is the same - it is not always immediately possible to get an appointment, but you need to make an appointment how many days in advance.
In terms of reception time, we almost never waited. Admission is strictly based on the time of recording. There is enough time for an appointment, no one is in a hurry.
