In terms of price and location, a very good option. Towels were changed every day. There was a fan in the room. The elevator was working, there is a Vietnamese restaurant downstairs. In the morning, you can order breakfast for 12 euros. Breakfast is not rich or I came at a bad time.
You can get from/to the train station, the old town in 12 minutes by direct tram.
But for me, this area did not seem safe, so I would not walk in the evening. And it's fine during the day. The hotel is quiet. My windows faced the courtyard, the noise of the road did not interfere.
And it may also be good, but the smell of household chemicals was in the room when checking in.
