The frantic payment of KSK is 130 tenge per m2, one of the highest rates in Kazan. But do not think that for this money the residential complexes are serviced accordingly: a window was broken in our entrance and no one could replace it for 2 weeks. They regularly turn off the cold and hot water, the last time they sat for a day without cold water. There is practically no yard, there is nowhere to walk, there is no greenery, only asphalt and several game installations. One of the advantages: the upper floors have a great view from the window.
