The prices are expensive, but the worst thing is the service. Just 2 with a huge minus!!! The sellers of some departments do not even raise their heads from their phones until you ask a question directly, they answer reluctantly. The product is issued without a discount, you have to repeat several times that there is a discount card. They allow profanity in communication with each other, not paying attention to visitors. I think this is disrespectful to customers.

Ассортимент хороший. Чуть дороже чем в других магазинах, но все в одном месте. Консультантов не найдёшь, они толпятся все вместе, явно рассказывают друг другу как лучше консультировать клиентов! Заходить за покупками стоит только если в запасе есть 30-40 минут, быстрее вы консультанта не найдёте, а без него товар не купить

Выбор товаров низкий, нужно было взять пару килограмм цемента предложили только 50 кг минимум, также искал манжету сантехническую , тоже не нашел, почему то все трубы в разделе электрики находятся (
Меркурий пожалуй самый посещаемых мною строительный магазин. Здесь самый большой выбор в Уральске. Постоянно делают скидки. Хорошее обслуживание. Рекомендую.

Ассортимент большой,цены выше чем в других местах,обслуживание ужасное.Менеджеры сидят уткнувшись в телефоны, объяснить о товаре не могут.Не удобная логистика,за каждой мелочью надо идти на склад,там ждать когда освободиться кладовщик.Товар залежалый,упаковка вся порванная,не хватает комплектующих.Грузчики предлагают ворованный товар,отстой и прошлый век.
