It was very enjoyable, having a beach on the beach was a big plus. The evening meals were good. Price performance was very good. The approach of the staff was very good. The pool was very clean. The variety and flavor of food and drinks were very good. The room was clean, the comfort was good.

From 11/06/2024 to 19/06/2024, my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Meril Club Hotel. Our hotel room was clean and tidy, with a sea view. We liked both the location of the hotel and the beauty of the sea. The hotel staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel for the tranquility and the beautiful sea. This is the address that we will definitely prefer for our next vacation, we had a great vacation. We had a vacation together with my husband in September 2024. When this hotel was recommended, they warned of course that it was quite budget, but a great place and a 4* type.
Of course, we read all the reviews about him, but as always, we thought all people are different and everyone has their own way.
In fact, upon arrival, on the very first day we saw and realized that people were writing the truth about the hotel and its owner, or rather their family.
First impression: the hotel is really good, repairs, equipment, furniture, etc ... absolutely match their rating.
But they just gave up on him, from the word at all.
It's dirty, it's dirty everywhere.
The food is difficult to describe and call pleasant. This is SOMETHING!
I would like to note right away that the set of dishes is the same day after day.
If you think that you haven't had enough today, let's wait for what will happen tomorrow - don't get your hopes up.
Every day you will be disappointed by the monotony of the menu.
Meat is only for dinner, and I don't know if it can be called meat.
In general, I want to note that read the reviews of vacationers and believe them at all.
The best thing about this hotel is the guys who work at the pool bar.
A Turkish family sits all day on the street or in a restaurant, watching everyone instead of lifting their ass and at least cleaning and tidying up their hotel if they can't afford to pay the staff for cleaning the rooms and the hotel.
Many of the hotel's vacationers went to local supermarkets for food and did not sweat. The men just wanted to eat.
The bar has vodka, whiskey, rum, gin, crayfish, wine, beer, cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water.
We drank mostly beer and wine, the rest was of dubious quality.
Now about the beach.
It is small, not designed for all hotel guests, sun beds are occupied either in the morning or at night, access to the sea there is not very convenient - large steep rocks.
Personally, we went to the neighboring beaches, they were already almost empty there, as the season is ending.
The beaches are dirty, they can't take out the garbage, cigarette butts are everywhere.
Turks do not bother at all about garbage on the street and the embankment.
What did you like:
The sea (it is fabulous and clean there), the weather, the nature of the village of Turunch, the decency and goodwill of local residents, the atmosphere of relaxation.
In principle, if you are not picky about food, you can forget about the dirt and cleanliness of the hotel - try and take a chance!

Good day to all! On 27.09 at about 23 , we were checked into this hotel on a 12-night tour.
What can I say about this hotel. It doesn't look bad. But the staff is not friendly. The hall is dirty, there was no hot water in the evening, after check-in, in the morning, or even in the afternoon of the next day. The watering can in the shower was broken (in the morning the reception was informed, but no action was taken).
The rooms are generally sharpany (hotels positioned themselves as 4*)
The pool area is dirty (someone's slates and a baseball cap were hanging around and they weren't even cleaned).
The food was as if we had come to fast.
The beach and the promenade are also dirty. The pontoon in the photo has already been disassembled to metal. There are very few shislongs and everything is very old and shabby in appearance.
The hammam did not work. The billiards and ping-pong area also leaves much to be desired. There was a lot of furniture piled up there.
The bartender at the pool bar is very rude.
Bottom line: we will not go to this hotel anymore.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are normal, the town is good - the water is clean. That's where the advantages ended. A huge failure in management.
The biggest problem of the hotel is the food. The menu is meager, but everything would be fine (taste) if the products were fresh! Salads, appetizers, side dishes, hot dishes - stale food! Even cucumbers and tomatoes smell sour, they taste spoiled. After the first lunch, I got poisoned, and I had diarrhea for two days. The only thing you can eat is watermelon and bread. Plastic glasses smell very unpleasant - I sniffed the glass at breakfast and it caused me to vomit.
We are not picky tourists, but what happens here is trash. We tried to express this to the owners of the hotel - the main owner started yelling at us, waving his arms and told us to move out.
There are few staff, the staff is not paid, everyone wants to quit (we talked to the employees).
Anex tour did not solve the problem, they said pay extra for the new hotel full price.
It seems that this is not at all what you expect from 4* All inclusive.

The place is picturesque, the bay, the clear sea, the mountains, the air. The hotel is not bad, the rooms are cozy, the territory is beautiful. The staff is friendly, especially the guys at the bar. I didn't like the food, sparsely, sparingly. Breakfast boiled eggs, tasteless cheese, greens, no porridge, no muesli, no omelets. Lunch, dinner - there is practically no meat, mackerel fish was once. Terrible attitude towards tourists. All rooms are subject to repair, we had mold all over the ceiling, there was no hair dryer (they did not put it in a week), the rooms are not cleaned, there is even moss on the stairs. We got the only room that has no balcony. I tried to change it, not which one. On my birthday, of course, all this was not pleasant (I even cried), no compliment from the hotel. And people who arrived later were generally sent to another hotel. Like there were no numbers. Of course they are not working properly!!! Or there is no clean linen with towels. People didn't even get a change for the whole vacation. The horror!!

I would like to tell you about the Meril hotel, Marmaris resort, Turunchu. The tour was for 11 days, the three of us had a rest, me, my husband and daughter (3 adults). They returned on June 17, 2024. But all in order...
the Azurair were flying. It is very comfortable, the chairs recline. A full hot dinner was served. The flight was in the evening, we arrived in the dark, so we didn't see anything from the bus window. It took 120 km to get to the hotel, it seemed a very long time! We arrived, and a Russian-speaking girl, Kamila, met us. It is very pleasant, since the rest of the staff does not understand Russian. Thank you very much to her, throughout the rest, Camila helped as much as she could with all the problems. Bracelets were put on, checked in. We didn't have time for dinner, so they made us sandwiches. In the morning we were surprised by the small number of vacationers, that's how we like it. A narrow circle!
The hotel is 18+, without children! The hotel itself is very cozy, beautiful, not old. The territory is not large, everything is compact. But since there are few staff working, the hotel does not have time to clean. The floors are not washed anywhere, the toilets are dirty. The pool is cool, 140 cm deep. The pool floor is also dirty. The pool itself was really vacuumed once every four days.
The room was family, it's two rooms with two air conditioners. Very convenient for the family. But the air conditioners worked like a fan! And after the first night in the heat, I went to seek a solution to the problem. Three attempts by the staff to solve it were unsuccessful. I think the air conditioners have not been serviced or refueled since the very construction! Then I found the owner of the hotel and explained everything to him through a Yandex Translator. In the evening, the owner, the owner's son and two technical workers with a balloon came to our room. Everything was refueled and everything worked!!! Hallelujah!!! In the first week, the room was not cleaned at all, the linen was not changed, toilet paper, shampoo, soap were not reported. And when the paper was completely out, I went to get it myself!
In the second week, the room was cleaned, the linen was changed, but hygiene products did not appear! Solid savings! The TV in the room is flat, only TNT channels from Russian channels. The water in the room is in the refrigerator only when you arrive, then you need to pour it yourself. No one replenishes it. Beach towels for a deposit, which is not returned later. So take yours. The safe is paid. The hammam is paid.
The sea is about 50 meters away. Very close. The beach is pebbly, small, but there were always enough sun loungers. No one cleans the beach! The entrance to the sea is gentle, but the pebbles are sharp and it is very painful to enter. Tip: be sure to take aquashouses! The sea is Aegean and the water is cool! Very cool!!! The bottom of the sea is lined with huge boulders. A small trapeze has been made from the beach to the sea for a comfortable approach, but it is already battered by water.
The food is modest. You won't be hungry, but there's not much choice. Very tasty mashed soup! One type of meat, more often chicken. Tomatoes, cucumbers, baked eggplant and zucchini always. Beans, peas, sauces. French fries, pilaf, mashed potatoes. From fruits, oranges, watermelon, apples (something one). There are several types of cakes in the evening. There is no ice cream. Chemical juices are used for drinks. In the bar, pepsi, sprite, cola, fanta. The wines are dry, we do not drink vodka, whiskey with a taste of some kind of grass, gin and tonic is delicious, sprite beer is very tasty! Three days later, the beer ran out and for some reason it was not transported? And when they brought it, it ended again a day later and so on in a circle… The bar has a very nice bartender, Ibrahim. He poured drinks for my daughter and me without waiting, and then, after a small reward, he carried them to the sunbed by the pool without asking and made beautiful cocktails from paid drinks! Thanks a lot to him!!!
WiFi in the hotel works only by the pool, and since our balcony overlooked the pool, so do the balconies.
There is no animation in the hotel, so in the evening music just plays loudly. On the last day, Ibrahim was given the day off and another bartender at the bar began to make all drinks not with sprite, as everyone asks, but with soda!!!
On the day of departure, we were picked up at 19:00, we vacated the room at 12:00 and then sunbathed and swam. We used all the services of the hotel. But in the evening, when the owner saw us with our suitcases at the reception, he forbade us to use the bar. And they didn't even pour a Coke. It's not pleasant! But overall we liked it, and if you don't find fault, then the hotel is cozy, and the sea covers the negative aspects! In general, I recommend it.

The worst hotel in my life. There is no bottled water at all, they give you a bottle upon arrival, then only from the vending machine, but it is impossible to drink. They give one towel for the whole race: wipe whatever you want with it: body, head or face. The food is the most disgusting, it is impossible to eat. The staff and owners have no respect for the guests. When money was stolen from us when cleaning the room, they said that the room would be cleaned only in our presence. I really liked everything. Perhaps, among the budget proposals, this is the best option.
A picturesque place with lots of photo zones, a nice pool and a private beach.
The attitude of the staff is excellent, all employees are very friendly.
The food is modest, but the selection of drinks at the bar is good. There is a large selection of desserts for dinner.
There are many Europeans and British among the vacationers. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good.
Rare cleaning and a small selection of dishes are compensated by an affordable price and picturesque views.

You shouldn't go to this hotel. It doesn't match the four stars. She has absolutely no stardom... the owner is a local feudal lord who watches over his vassals and keeps them in a black body. For the first time, having visited Turkey, I saw such mismanagement and economy, on the verge of miserliness!!! The products are the cheapest. The cook wants him to eat only the food that he cooks for tourists all his life... he spoils all the food!!! And to talk about his "masterpieces" depicting salads..After I saw him in the hall, he was short, in a dirty white jacket, with long gray hair....(his hair was in several dishes)... The hotel itself is outwardly very pleasant, intimate. Bass has diverse music for every taste.
The sea is almost always clean. Once, an excursion boat stood in front of the beach for about an hour, that's when foam, cigarette butts, wrappers came ashore. Approach: coarse sand with small pebbles, the depth increases gradually. But 7 meters from the shore, large, slippery boulders begin. If you swim right away, they don't interfere.
The beach line of sun beds is narrow on the hotel beach: 3 rows of tightly standing mesh sun beds. Some have mattresses. Straw umbrellas. During the season, there are often no places on the beach. But you can safely lie by the pool, because it is a maximum of 50 m to the beach. There is no beach bar. People carry drinks to the beach from the pool bar.
Our room was family, corner, on the 6th floor - under the roof. It is considered a two-room apartment. But in fact, this is a large room divided by an incomplete partition into 2 parts. A standard large was booked, but they immediately settled in the family - without additional charges.
Each of the family's zones has its own air conditioning, so it wasn't hot in the room. We slept with the air conditioning turned on and a closed balcony. There was no sound of the mosque. When the balcony door is closed, the crowing of roosters is slightly audible.
There are no dryers on the balconies. Those with latticed balconies tied ropes behind the bars. But there are no bars on the balconies of the upper floors. That's why we dried towels and swimsuits on the balcony chairs.
Beach towels are paid. They must be issued at the SPA. But I've never seen any staff or towels there. So take it with you or buy it on the spot.
The safe is paid - $ 20 for the entire period of stay. The Internet is free, catches only by the pool.
There is a minibar in the room. Upon arrival, there is a 0.5 liter bottle of water in it. Then you can collect water in vending machines from the yupii - in the restaurant and where they give out cookies from 16 to 17h. But often the water from the vending machines is brackish. That's why we bought bottled water.
There is a bar near the beach, and there is actually no other one), open from 10 to 23h. Break from 16 to 17h. Mineral water, cola, sprite, gin, tonic, white, pink, red wine, cognac, raki, whiskey, beer are poured for free.
Cocktails are available for a fee. The bartenders are very friendly.
We drank beer, pink and white wine, sprite, cola, mineral water, gin and tonic. Everything is of normal quality.
The food is very poor for 4*: especially breakfast. There are no fruits, yogurts, pancakes or fritters, omelets or scrambled eggs for breakfast at all.
For lunch and dinner - one type of meat (more often, chicken or turkey goulash) and plus nuggets. There are practically no fish. There was mackerel once.
One kind of soup.
There is no grill, tortillas, pide, French fries at all.
Bread is always only white.
Delicious fried eggplant and zucchini for lunch and dinner every day .There is always a watermelon for lunch. For dinner: plums, apples, peaches.
Confectionery is only for dinner. There are often profiteroles, eclairs, and delicious cakes. There are no Turkish sweets.
The waiters are nimble. Respect to the kitchen staff. Since they are prepared from a limited number of products, the hotel owner saves a lot. But at the same time, what is from the dishes is delicious and of high quality. There were no gastrointestinal disorders and, moreover, no poisoning.
Another very big disadvantage, in addition to poor nutrition, is that in summer it is very hot indoors, since there is no air conditioning in the restaurant and other public areas of the hotel.
There is almost no cleaning of rooms and change of bed linen, because there are only 3 maids per hotel.
During the entire period of our stay (11 nights), part of the toilets of the public toilet remained clogged. Maria's reception, the hotel management, Anexa's hotel guide Alina Nerush and other representatives of Anextures were aware of this, but did nothing.
To top it off, the hotel owner initiated a fine of 6,000 lira from tourists from Russia, for allegedly breaking the glass of the shower cabin, although it spontaneously exploded and injured the tourist with numerous fragments. The hotel owner also informed the tourists that in case of non-payment of the fine, he will prevent them from leaving the hotel, and they may miss the return flight.
At the same time, the tour operator Anex did not help our tourists in any way, under the pretext that it was not authorized to interfere in the relationship of tourists with the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 on the Anex tour.
To begin with, upon arrival at the place, we were informed that there were no rooms available at the hotel. How is that even possible??? We paid in advance for the tour, including hotel accommodation, and the hotel confirmed our reservation. And in fact, we didn't get a hotel room!!!
The hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel, but apparently it is a four-star economy. The hotel itself is nice, located +-50 m from the sea, this is a plus. Among the disadvantages, poor service, not tasty monotonous food, often spoiled. There was nothing to order at the pool bar either, the wine and beer are disgusting, and I don't drink strong drinks. The beach is small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone, people came at 6 a.m. to take a sunbed. The shower door is broken in the room, which causes water to pour into the room, forming a large puddle. Cold water also disappeared from time to time. The Internet is also a problem, it was more or less well caught only at the reception.

1. Views, location and clear sea! TURUNCH is the cleanest town here (Marmaris is not that)

Minuses:
1. Food! It is very sad that people are fed this. The breakfasts are meager and the same: you can only eat cheese, a couple of boiled eggs. That's it! No scrambled eggs/omelet/buckwheat. There is nothing, just a dyed sausage. Lunch: almost no meat, only chicken. There was no fish in 7 days, not once! It's not tasty! One type of soup, usually lentil soup. Dinner: firstly, late from 19:30, and secondly, again, NOT TASTY! There is almost no meat. There are pasta and potatoes. Fig. Cucumbers and greens. The food is only good for a two-star hotel.
2. There is no cleaning. Even when you ask to clean up, they don't clean up!
3. Room for 3+. We had 104 rooms. Technology is flowing. The water in the shower is not always hot, it is heated from the sun. The refrigerator is not working.
4. Alcohol 3+. Local, about nothing. No champagne! At least a glass per person per day!
5. There is no animation! Zero entertainment. No program, even the most meager one. Do for people: karaoke, board/team games.

7. Regular drinking water is not intended! Even in the bar, it's salty.
8. A very small beach, which is not enough for all guests. We took our seats at 6:30-7:30 in the morning. There is a pier nearby, but they are not allowed to go to it in open swimsuits, this is the pier of a Muslim hotel.
From the useful:
There is a water taxi to Marmaris 175 liras /person, departs every hour from the pier where the yachts are. There is always a "barker" there, you will find it easy. A boat trip is like an excursion, very beautiful! You won't regret it. In Marmaris, near the fortress, beautiful streets like in Greece are a special pleasure! Be sure to take a walk there. The sea in Marmaris itself is very dirty, just phew!
We also went on a tour of "5 bays", I really liked it! I advise you! They also took it on the pier, where the yachts (500 lira / person). We spent the whole day at sea, visited various beaches and coves. We even got to the Maldivian beach with turquoise water. They feed there. You can bring your own alcohol.

There are shops for local MIGROS and Sok(shock, not juice! in everyday life, juice means a straightforward and indelicate offer to enter into a private relationship) - there you can buy delicious nuts, coffee, tea, baklava and bring it as souvenirs - it will be cheaper than in souvenir shops.

To begin with, as soon as we arrived in hot Turunch, we thought that we would enter the reception and it would be cool there, but that was not the case. There are no air conditioners at the reception and in the corridors - this is one time. Wi-Fi works fine only in the restaurant and by the pool (and not always) - these are two. There is no DRINKING WATER in the hotel - that's three. That is, it seems to be there, but I would not recommend drinking it, filtered, sea water + smelly glasses that are given out for drinks. Therefore, I had to constantly buy water in the nearest shops. The elevator in the hotel does not work periodically (we also take into account that the hotel does not have air conditioning in common areas).
Everything that is written in reviews about food is true. Breakfast is the most meager and monotonous (boiled eggs, cheese, bread, rolls). Fruits, or rather only watermelon, are given for lunch and dinner. Desserts are for dinner only. Yes, you won't stay hungry, but the choice is small.
And now the most interesting thing is that some kind of house is going on in the hotel. Girls, be careful, the owner of the hotel rolls up to everyone and settles next to him on the top floor. All the management (and this is the family that owns the hotel) look down on the guests, do not respect the staff and shout at them in front of the guests, save on everything, watch who ate how much during meals. Yes, it sounds like nonsense, but we ourselves never stopped being surprised by everything). We read the reviews before the trip and were ready, but we did not expect that everything would be like this. But this "wonderful" hotel in no way spoiled the impression of the rest and the place.
One of the advantages of this hotel is a wonderful view of the sea, it takes literally 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Turunch is a wonderful place with the purest sea, where you want to return and enjoy. The scenery is fantastic, it's true. But I strongly advise you to choose another hotel to stay in this incredible place.

We had a rest in July 2023. A very cozy hotel in the bay of Turunch village near Marmaris. To get here from Marmaris, you need to drive along the mountain serpentine for 40 minutes, the sight is not for the faint of heart. The hotel is six storeys high, the renovation is good, the area is very nice. There are no children in the hotel! There are wooden sun beds with straw umbrellas near the pool. The decor is complemented by various boho-hanging weaves. Local cats can come up or lie down on a sunbed nearby. The music is different: Russian, European, Turkish classical dance retro - for every taste. It plays until 23.00. The hotel has guests of different nationalities, half of whom are Russians.
Beach. A minute's walk from the hotel, equipped with free sun beds and umbrellas. It's small, but there's plenty of room for everyone. The entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, then rocks. It is better to flop at a shallow depth and continue to swim. Next to the pier of the neighboring hotel. At the entrance to the hotel, you can wash your feet and rinse in the shower.
Meal. The food is delicious, there are Russian and Turkish dishes. For lunch and dinner there are 2 types of meat or meat and fish. There are many types of cheeses for breakfast, watermelon for lunch only, desserts for dinner only (lots and delicious): biscuits, local honey, cups with cream and fruits. The bar is open until 23.00, break from 16 to 17, at this time there is a snack bar with cookies that they bake themselves. In the bar, Ephesus beer, vodka, gin, cola sprite Fanta are acceptable, juices are not very good. All the dishes of the hotel are reusable, which is an undoubted advantage. The owner of the hotel (a 70-year-old grandfather) lives here, cooks himself and often wears a tunic. Also, during dinner, you can watch how you eat. On weekends, his family came to him, there was a feast and dancing, it looked colorful.

On the beach, that's just the trouble with sun beds, there are no more than 30 pieces +-. So it is better to occupy them in advance from 7-8 in the morning. A terrible hotel, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put just that much, because the only advantage in it is the location.
First of all, the owners of the hotel don't give a damn about you at all. When we first arrived to check in (~8.30 pm), we were told to wait 2 hours because our rooms were being cleaned, shortly after which it turned out that people had not even left their rooms yet. The hotel management simply ignored this problem, without even going to the reception, and the girl who spoke Russian just threw up her hands. It was only after we stopped the police passing by that they started to decide something. It so happened that the previous guests paid for another day, despite the fact that there are no available rooms and that we paid for the day we arrived. We were lucky that on the same day they had a plane at night and they left at 23.30, otherwise they would have offered us to spread out on the sofas at the entrance. As a result, we moved into a small room with an attic ceiling 1.5 m high above the bed at about 00.40, as a result of which we often beat our heads against it in the morning. The refrigerator barely worked, the handle from the bathroom generally fell off every time you turned.
For all this, we were offered compensation in the form of a 15-minute massage, which cost 30 euros in the price list!!! The safe was also paid, 20 euros for the entire stay.
Secondly, it is very dirty. There are few staff, almost nowhere is cleaned. Dirty, unwashed glasses are normal.
Thirdly, poor nutrition. Sour milk for breakfast, eggs, bread and cheese are their usual breakfast. At lunch and dinner, there was a whole queue for meat dishes, because often they did not put food in them, but there were a lot of flies that prevented them from eating quietly at the table.
Fourthly, a small beach and the lack of security on it. The concept hotel is 16+, but there were screaming children on the beach every day. Low, sharp umbrellas made of straw also did not bring joy.
And fifth, it's not worth the money. For $ 1000-1100 per week for 2 adults, you will receive: disrespectful attitude, lack of service and banal amenities, as well as poor nutrition.

Terrible hotel!
The problems started immediately upon check-in. We arrived there on August 7, at about 21:00. This day was fully paid for, but we were refused check-in) The staff informed us that our rooms have not been cleaned and we need to wait another 2 hours! They did not give a specific answer to questions about how it happened. Later it turned out that our rooms were occupied by other people. It came to the police, however, we waited outside for two and a half hours anyway. As compensation, we were offered a 15-minute massage, which we received 2 days later and waited for an hour. We went with two families. One of us got a normal triple room (it was normal compared to the second one) But others were less fortunate. Two adults were accommodated in a tiny room with one small bed, barely working air conditioning and a tiny dirty bathroom. This is despite the fact that we booked 2 double rooms in advance. The staff promised to fix the situation, but this did not happen. A huge disadvantage is that the water is turned off indefinitely without warning (usually for at least 3 hours), the food at the hotel is very scarce, there is unacceptably little meat (and it is not always fresh).Many of the dishes were rotten. Two of us got diarrhea. Flocks of flies were flying in and out of the dining room, which made it very difficult to eat.It's a 3-minute walk to your own beach, but this beach is tiny. There are not enough sun beds, there is no security, so strangers constantly go to the beach. Music plays loudly at night. Once she played so loudly that we (living on the 5th floor) couldn't sleep. Of the advantages, only a clean, warm sea, beautiful nature and a normal (albeit small pool). That's it! I do not advise anyone to stay in this vile place if you do not want to spoil your vacation!!!

Terrible hotel and service. I do not advise you to come here.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly checked into a room that was not the cleanest. During the entire stay, the room was cleaned three times and then I would not call it cleaning. The floor wasn 't even wiped . As there was sand on the floor, it remained. Cleaning supplies were not placed in the bathroom. Only on the first day upon arrival there was shampoo and soap in the room.
The towels are just terrible. Do they even wash them there?
Food is generally a problem. It's almost the same thing every day. There was rice every day. The choice of food is very poor at 2 out of 10. The staff is simply terrible. During the rest, the owner did not love us. They accused our company that we were brawling on the street until the morning, although everyone went to the rooms at 23:00 because at 23:00 the lights are turned off throughout the territory. The bar is also open until 23:00. Drinks at the bar are also a problem. They pour just a little bit. We heard every day that there was no drink (the owner saves so much) by the end of the rest, the owner forbade the bartenders to pour us any drinks. Why? We do not know ourselves , although no one has abused it .
The hotel is also designed for visitors who seem to be over 16 years old. But there was a child underfoot at the hotel every day. As it turned out, he is the son of the owner's sister. And they have their whole family living in a hotel.
The kid was very much in the way of everyone. There was also a younger child there, but he was rarely seen.
Everything was very bad and such a bad attitude was not only towards us, but almost all the visitors.
The beach is just terrible. It still takes a few minutes to go to him .

The room for 10 days of stay was cleaned superficially on the 5th and 7th day, bed linen was not changed once, towels twice. The menu in the restaurant is very modest, but we had enough.
Although the hotel has 4*, it is still only a C grade.

In fact, the hotel is disgusting!!!!! I read the reviews before checking in and was prepared in advance for some new nuances. And I'm not a pretentious person.
It's not that it's not 4*, it's not even 2*!!!
The room is disgustingly dirty!!
The floor was sticky already upon check-in.
No one cleaned the bathroom, except for a sticker about the treatment (guys, these stickers are not just to stick them on dirty toilets). The headboard is greasy! It's just disgusting. There is no hot water. Not at all - it was neither in the morning nor in the evening. They refer to solar panels, but you seem to be 4* stating that there should always be hot water. How to wash?? - and the response of the receptionist is a shrug of the shoulders. It turns out, either in no way, or in icy water. Thanks, I don't want meningitis. The light bulb in the toilet burned out - no one cares (just another discomfort for the guests). The windows are all dirty, with traces of past guests - shame on you! The surfaces are sticky all over the room. The TV either does not work, or it works completely incorrectly. The bed linen was originally made with stains. Just bullshit!
Wi-fi is conditional - it only works in the lobby and sometimes (sometimes!!) by the pool. There is no internet at all in the rooms and on the beach.
There is dirt everywhere in the hotel. You can't go into the communal toilets without tears, although you can't go into a comfortable room in your room either, what's there?. elevator - you go in and start crying, the smell of an old dirty rag, no cleanliness, all the walls are stained.
The spa has been closed for about a month, according to the manager. In fact, the dirt and dust there is such that the spa did not open at all for the season. Where is 4*??? Where is all inclusive??
It is impossible to find a sunbed on the beach. The entrance to the sea is very bad, it has not been cleared. There is garbage everywhere on Merila Beach (unlike other hotels). The umbrellas are not properly secured. In our presence, this huge wooden umbrella fell on the guest of the hotel!!! In normal calm weather. The girl's face and eye were covered in blood. We really hope that the girl is all right, she has not been seen at the hotel anymore.
And the cherry on the cake is the children at the Adults only hotel (16+), as it became clear today, this is a child in the family of the hotel owner. That is, for 120 guests in the rooms, it doesn't matter either, the owner is a gentleman. But if we choose a hotel without children, we really want to relax without children.
Oh, and a few more cherries:
I went to the reception in the morning to ask what was with the water, where it was. On emotion, "fakinghotel" just burst out to himself. The receptionist started yelling at me. To be honest, I was ready to be hit. It doesn't seem to go through any gates at all, but...)
I left an application for relocation to another hotel through anex. In the evening, at a meeting with a separate guide from Anex, the hotel owner began to raise his voice and threaten me, pointing fingers at me - WHAT???? There are witnesses. There are people like us who are dissatisfied with the hotel and want to move, because it's terrible!

There REALLY IS NO DRINKING WATER IN the hotel! The tap has filtered sea water, but it is poorly purified and brackish. We go to the store every day to buy bottles of water. The food is delicious, but it looks like a three. Penny greens, zucchini, and eggplant. There is little meat, it is disassembled in the first 10 minutes from opening. By meat, I mean cheap store-bought nuggets, some chopped salads and chicken. There is no clean meat, no fish. There are no sweets and fruits in the morning. Sweets only in the evening and cheap cookies for afternoon tea.
Dishes are a separate story) 50% of the dishes in the dining room are dirty! Lip marks, leftovers from someone else's food - will it do anyway? The host spends all his energy not on the quality of service and service, but on yelling at the guest!
As a result:
AVOID IT! DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! DON'T BUY INTO BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS - everything is beautiful in Turuncha, but this hotel is just hell.
In fact: we took all the photos and even videos, we are making a collective complaint to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism. Because there are not only violations of the service, but also complete unsanitary conditions. + Clean pool

-Cleaning is also very meager, without replacing towels and linen (well, we'll let it go, I'll write further why)
-There are no air conditioners in the restaurant (dining room) flies land on food
-and THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is the owners of this hotel, be prepared that they will accompany you everywhere when you eat - they will look at the plates when you swim in the pool, they will sit on the tables with their whole family, and these are: (FATHER, MOTHER, SON, DAUGHTER and WIFE (?) with Baby (very cute baby, I don't mind)+ friends of the owners and their children, YES, the hotel is 16+, in no case against children, I don't mind anything! And the most interesting thing is that all the "young ladies" who had resort affairs with this person are very angry, jealous of other hotel guests (girls)
Such horror has not been observed in any hotel in Turkey.
I was also very surprised by the daughter of the hotel owner - one day at lunch she took sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.) to her table, which were intended for all guests, I think from this situation we can draw conclusions about how you feel in this place.

I am currently "resting" at the hotel. I agree with all the negative reviews. There is no cleaning. I took out the trash myself on the 4th day. No one will wash the floors until I remind them, and I have not received cleaning. The cutlery is dirty, the food is poor. Soap in public toilets is not in a dispenser, but in a water bottle, hand-wiping paper is just a roll of TB. The glass doors to the dining room are extremely stained. The beach is small, there are few sunbeds, but! The sea is the purest. The beach is not cleaned, there was a public, clean nearby, but there are large boulders at the entrance to the sea. For an amateur. There is a girl Maria at the reception. About nothing. There is little help. +There are no small children. The water in the cooler is brackish, and so is the shower. A good four! The hotel was built in 2010, the renovation was in 2018, if my memory does not change - therefore, the hotel itself is fresh, not shabby. It looks stylish. Check-in at the hotel is only 16+. The territory is small, but cozy. The beach is 2 minutes away by a shared road. Marmaris is an hour away by water taxi or minibus. There are shops nearby. One of the disadvantages is the meager and monotonous food, not all sun beds by the pool have umbrellas, which is a problem in the sun, and some are broken. If there is a large check-in, then there may not be enough sun beds on the beach, in the first days, when the hotel was completely full, we had to take sun beds at 6 am, in the second half of the rest there was no such problem. The entrance to the sea is rocky - the neighboring hotel has a Pier, but they are not allowed on it, especially girls in open swimsuits, since this is an exclusively Muslim hotel. Local alcohol leaves much to be desired, as is usually the case, there are cocktails with imported alcohol, but they are more expensive than in the center of Moscow. The bartender is an extremely unpleasant type who always works with a favor and is quite slow, there were a lot of complaints in his direction. Often the owners of the hotel include exclusively Turkish music, although more than 50% of the hotel is inhabited by Russian tourists. There is no animation in the hotel - but it was not a problem for us, we gathered our company. The only thing is that the bar is open exclusively until 23:00, then the silence mode turns on in the hotel - the lights turn off and the city falls asleep. In general, we were satisfied with this hotel - I recommend it.

The very beautiful location of the hotel , on the 1st Line of the sea , surrounded by magnificent mountains , clear water , there are no complaints at all.
Special thanks to the hotel employee, his name is Ali, who helped us change the room with a pool view on the ground floor to a room with a sea view on the fourth floor.
Of the cons :
To begin with, there is no air conditioning ANYWHERE in the hotel!!! Except for the rooms .
Imagine having lunch at +42 outside and indoors in the stuffy heat. There are food, vegetables, meat, flies flying here ... (in this heat, food quickly deteriorates, various bacteria appear, and here they feed people with it )
There is no air conditioning in the room. In the gym , I tried to run on the track once , it was enough for 10 minutes , you can suffocate ..
The food is very poor, there is always only one type of meat, mostly minced meat cooked with different sauces (meatballs for lunch, grilled for dinner) there was fish a couple of times in 12 days and once a chicken .
Of fruits, either only watermelon or only plums, and then not every day .
For 2 days in the evening there was no beer , only wine , from low - alcohol drinks .
One day there was no BREAD for dinner, it is incomprehensible to the mind)))
You will see water in the rooms only on the day of arrival, then you will go to pour water into these bottles yourself from a vending machine on the street.
Room cleaning .
Towels are not changed every day, bed linen was changed 3 times in 12 days.
The floors in the room are washed ugly, with dirty stains. The bathroom and toilet are not cleaned of the word at ALL !
The balcony was not cleaned every day, dirty glasses were often not cleaned in the room , they stood there , they had to wash themselves.
The floors in the hotel are made of granite , always dirty , especially on the 1st floor , they are not cleaned at all, there are branches , leaves on the floor , trampled floor, dust and dirt.
Beach towels are paid!
$5 per person.
There are 15 umbrellas on the beach for the whole hotel , often in the morning there was simply nowhere to lie down .
The entrance to the Sea is large pebbles and boulders , although the bottom of the neighboring hotel is completely cleared of cobblestones near the beach, the owners of this hotel do not care about their guests , it is impossible to enter the sea!
The hammam does not work , instead it is an abandoned dirty room .
Of entertainment , only table tennis and billiards , animation is out of the question 👎 at exactly 23.00 the hotel bar closes , the music turns off and all the lights on the hotel grounds and even the pool lighting.
Once they asked us to make breakfast with them in the evening , as we were leaving for an excursion early in the morning . What do you think? We didn 't even think about it 😄
