The hotel is wonderful, meets the quality standards of the chain. The pool and spa complex are pleasant and cool. The breakfasts are plentiful and with a hint of health food. The only drawback, with this size of the hotel, is the lack of territory for walking and leisure. The staff is helpful and the service is not bad, but an attempt to get grass through them ended in failure. As the staff is bound by the policy of the hotel and the fear of losing their jobs.

A wonderful hotel. Modern and cozy, with good service and courteous staff. Many people note the "unfortunate" location, but we do not believe that this is the case. Shota Rustaveli Street is large, with shops and restaurants, spacious and safe, with public transport. From the turn to the hotel, you need to walk literally 50 meters to the hotel itself. Yes, the area around the hotel is being improved, but this does not poison your stay in it in any way. At the same time, you need to understand that Tashkent is not Samarkand or Bukhara, so living in the center does not make you closer to some important sights. At the same time, Lumier benefits from the proximity of the train station and the airport. Our room was very spacious. I was surprised by the presence of a wardrobe room - I have not seen this in other hotels. It easily accommodated suitcases, all clothes, and could be ironed here. The room has a safe, a kettle, a TV, a desk with a desk lamp. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything you need. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. I recommend the hotel.

A super hotel, now the Mercure Tashkent will always be my home in Uzbekistan. I was surprised by the service and high-class service of all the staff. Good breakfasts were just not enough cane sugar.Large, comfortable rooms. The receptionist Albert was attentive and helped with any of my requests quickly and efficiently! I will definitely come back. I recommend it!

I just flew in from there and I want to come back. I must say a huge thank you to the staff for their hard work. The room was always clean when we arrived after returning from the tour. The bed linen is provided to me by the NCE, whose every day it is so pleasant and gentle that we slept like in paradise. The noise insulation is good. About the spa in general, we can talk separately about the huge hot hammam. Large swimming pool, Jacuzzi. You go and all the fatigue is gone. The breakfasts are perfect. A large selection of dishes that scattered the eyes. The menu changed every day. It was possible to order a dish at will. Special thanks to the manager or the administrator of the Ghoul. I solved our problem with the loss very quickly. The girls and boys at the reception are very friendly and ready to help. So in May, the hotel is waiting for us again. I think there will be discounts for regular customers. I want to take the children. The perfect place.
But most importantly, in the morning I was congratulated on my birthday by a group of beautiful tall fashionable boys with a fruit cake in the room. Very impressed. Thank you very much.

At first glance, it's a good hotel, but it all starts when you go in and meet with ultra slow staff who either don't know what to do or don't want to. The registration took almost 35-40 minutes, despite the fact that there were no people in front and the employee managed to give a room with people for the first time), and the second time there was no working key at all, so I had to run around to stay with them. The next stage of the spa, the whole area flows here, as if someone poured them from above and around dirt and water that do not open the doors, with the windows not washed, it is clear that everything is tired. And in conclusion, a "wonderful" breakfast, there are so few clean tables that people have to wait for the staff to decide to clean them, but they are not going to)

Everything is great in this hotel! We have been to different (far from cheap) hotels in the world and, therefore, there is something to compare with! It is located on the central street of Tashkent! The staff is friendly, responsive and unobtrusive, the hotel is super clean, quiet and smells nice, the breakfasts are very tasty, although the assortment is not very large, but everything is fresh and right on the level! The pool is large, there is a hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and salt room. In general, next time - just here! Thank you very much for the high-level service!

The location is not very convenient, the taxi driver needs to tell the stadium "Tekstilshchik", having started, to clarify. The staff is polite and friendly. The pool and hammam are a delight. The hammam heats up in 6-7 minutes. Be careful when you take water in the hammam, steam generators are under the tap. Rounded steps in the pool are safe. The floodlights in the pool are annoying - they dazzle when you swim on your back. Business center, computers are freely available. I didn't try the Internet, I transferred the photo from my phone to a USB flash drive. There was a problem with the menu in English, I called the reception, a guy immediately came running and showed everything. Breakfast without soup, otherwise super. The check-out is at 12, but they give an hour for sloppiness and kindly allow you to leave your bags. The rooms are not very comfortable - long pencil cases. The switch system - you can't figure it out without half a liter ;). The TV didn't turn on, but I don't need it. A taxi is called to the reception on your smartphone.

A great hotel with good service. Convenient location 50 meters from one of the most central avenues (Shota Rustaveli). When choosing a hotel, we were also guided by the territorial proximity to the international airport (5 min. driving). Very high quality breakfasts and Spa. We recommend it to EVERYONE.

Very tasty, my recommendation is juicy steaks, especially Rib Eye is successful every time, and salmon with vegetables, the atmosphere is aesthetic and clean, there is no alcohol, which is a big plus!

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The room often smelled of smoking - apparently, one of the guests smokes and pulls into the neighboring rooms. There were no towels at all on the first day - they probably forgot about them when preparing the room. The decor elements are already falling off in the room, although the hotel is new. The feeling that everything was done in a hurry. The location is average, there is an industrial zone and a construction site directly around the hotel. It is better to get there by taxi. One of the advantages is that the Internet is stable, you can work from your room. The rooms are large. The staff is attentive and polite. The breakfast is quite varied. Russian cards are also accepted for payment in PM. The overall impression is that everything would be fine for an unnamed hotel, but you still expect more comfort from an international network in small things, which was not enough.

The hotel itself is not bad, but on the only day of our stay there, the lights turned off and the bath water stopped running. The entire staff could not do anything at all, could not suggest anything about the timing of these problems, they just said "we must wait." I think that everyone who was on the staff that day should think about changing their activities, because you can't give a damn about all the guests.
