I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience 🌟. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, and much of that was thanks to the exceptional service from Albert and Gulya and the top-notch facilities available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and enjoyable experience 😊.

The service is on the level. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The deluxe rooms are large and great for business trips. Table, dressing room, ironing facilities.. I used it for cleaning, it was very clean upon arrival. For those who like to have a snack at night, there is a shop 10 minutes from the hotel.

It's a great hotel, I'm staying there for the second time for work. Very nice, large, comfortable rooms. Dressing room, tea set. They put water in the rooms. They clean well. The reception and the restaurant have the most customer-oriented staff. The only drawback is that now the hotel is very busy with European tourists, we had a huge group of Italians with us. Therefore, there is a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast, but the staff quickly sort it out. There are two restaurants at the restaurant. One Turkish cuisine, Winx same breakfasts. The second Lumiere, used to have breakfast in it, and it was a separate delight. It's a pity that they rescheduled it. But you can still eat in this wound. Everything is delicious, the service is very pleasant. There is no alcohol in both restaurants, as in many restaurants in Tashkent

The rooms are well renovated and have a large area. The breakfasts are ordinary, everyone will find something to have breakfast with.
The most useless thing is a 24-hour alcohol- free bar 🤦🏻♂️
It is located on the outskirts of the city, near only construction sites. But they don't interfere with the accommodation.
They also do not allow guests to enter the room.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. I took a room on the third floor of the Deluxe class and did not lose. It is clean, cozy and has everything you need. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, for every taste and whim. Special thanks to the reception employee Firuz for his service and assistance.

Hello, today I will stay at your hotel. I really liked the hotel. The rooms were very wide and everything was clean and tidy, but the TV and air conditioning did not work in the room at night it was very hot, stuffy, dry in the room. I could not open the air conditioner to ventilate. I had to call the reception and ask for help. The night duty officer Bobur helped me a lot. He immediately turned off the air conditioner and brought me water, but said he would not be able to turn on the ventilation. The room temperature should not exceed 24-25 degrees, but it was 28-30, this affects human health and I have pressure problems. I want to ask the hotel management to solve these problems so that in the future there will be more guests in your hotel …

Nice hotel, newly built. A very spacious room with a good bed and a large bathroom, everything you need in the room is available. The cleaning is excellent, the room is clean. (stayed for 2 nights in section B) the location of the hotel was convenient for me, but it is not the center and looks like it is not the center. It is close enough to the airport for 10-15 minutes, which is very convenient for an overnight flight. I would also like to mention the staff - Gulya and Sarvar, very friendly and professional. And most importantly, the hotel has normal coffee from a normal coffee machine, which is rare in Tashkent.

The hotel is not bad. Spacious. A huge swimming pool of 25 meters. A good sauna and hammam. The breakfasts are decent. I didn't like it- the location is very far from everything. It is impossible to take a walk in the evening. Construction, some kind of bases and the private sector. Yandex taxi saves you - for 100-200 rubles at least to the other end of Tashkent (January 2024). They don't clean very well. The room is clean, but the dishes from the restaurant stood at the door for 3 days. Whatever. There were some pieces lying around in the hamam in the evening, as well as in the morning. 17 Turkish TV channels. And 4 indistinct Russians. There's nothing to see in the room. The Internet is great. 3 stars compared to Merkur Bukhara. Heaven and earth.

It's a little far from the center, but the hotel itself, the spa complex, the staff, everything is at the highest level, very pleasant, comfortable. For the first time I see a normal sauna and hammam, which are at a normal temperature, and not somehow warmed up. But if there are a lot of people, of course the heat goes away, it is less comfortable.

I spent a week in the hotel, comfortably. Daily cleaning, friendly and tidy staff, good breakfast cuisine, affordable logistics. On the ground floor there is a decent swimming pool and baths, a bar counter. I will definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel, courteous staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, wonderful breakfasts with a varied menu. The hotel room was large with a dressing room. The hotel has a SPA salon where you can relax and get a massage, sit in the Jacuzzi, swim in the pool, there is a sauna, hammam.
Minuses: 1) the location is far from the center, but with the relative cheapness of taxis, this did not become a problem. 2) a dark alley with smells from garbage cans and the neighborhood with some warehouses 3) the presence of a bathtub in the rooms, instead of showers (a couple of times, getting out of the tub, I almost fell and pulled my leg). I think there is no need for baths in hotels, it is unlikely that anyone will bask in the bathroom.

The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is very customer-oriented. But you can only drink alcohol in your rooms.
The area around is not very good, plus (or rather minus) there is a construction site opposite.

Great hotel. Everything is clean and cozy . Cleaning every day . Insanely delicious, rich in choice , breakfast .
The spa area is beautiful , but the pool was very cold for us , not comfortable .The child got sick. 4 stars for the location . There are no parks or any attractions nearby.

A magnificent hotel! I liked absolutely everything. The receptionist at the Nurbek counter helped me a lot. I checked in early without paying. A very tasty breakfast, I would stay there to live. At the time of arrival, a compliment was brought to the room. There is a spa area, in the evening after work or a walk you can spend time in the hammam and pool. One of the best hotels we've been to. Beautiful interior, chic room, wonderful breakfasts! If you find fault, then there was salmon at breakfast only 1 time a week, the number of towels is not always monitored in the room, they are not cleaned very quickly, roll out the rim of the toilet bowl. But all this pales in the background. Every time you enter the tunnel, you feel cozy. Thanks!

Clean and well-maintained rooms, a fairly fresh hotel, at least building B. The breakfasts are super! And porridges, and local cuisine, and fruits - everything was there. The SPA could not be tested - there was a busy program around the city. The only disadvantage is the location. Although it seems quiet, but opposite there is a construction site and a warehouse with railway tracks ;) although it also has its own flavor!

The hotel is wonderful, meets the quality standards of the chain. The pool and spa complex are pleasant and cool. The breakfasts are plentiful and with a hint of health food. The only drawback, with this size of the hotel, is the lack of territory for walking and leisure. The staff is helpful and the service is not bad, but an attempt to get grass through them ended in failure. As the staff is bound by the policy of the hotel and the fear of losing their jobs.
