One of the advantages is the location. But also not to say that it's super close to everything. To the Opera and the Lafayette Gallery 15 minutes, to the Louvre 20-25, to Notre Dame 35 minutes on foot. Generally clean. The rooms are small naturally. The bathtub is very small. The breakfasts are not bad. The rooms on the 1st floor have ceilings 2-2.1 m high. You can reach them with your hand.

The advantages are the location. I haven't been to Paris for a long time. Earlier, a room in such a hotel cost no more than 50. Now it's under 200 for 10 m2. It sucks shorter, but in the center, it'll do for a couple of days. PS . I took it for 20 days and in season, maybe for this reason such a price.
