I give three stars, because that's how much this hotel deserves. Actually, on the facade, where the current four hang, the contours of the previously hung three are clearly visible. Permanent repairs are underway inside, the elevators are working badly, there are not even bins in the rooms, the breakfast is rubbish. But all this is nonsense compared to the fact that at 1:30 a.m. I woke up to the fact that the door opened and a man with a suitcase entered the room. The wonderful people at the reception confused which room was occupied and which was free - and just gave him a card from my room.
