Good location of the hotel. Within walking distance of all necessary infrastructure (shops, central square, public transport). The staff is friendly and smiling. I am always ready to help with questions. Special thanks to Seamus, Atuza and Abdullah. The rooms are large and clean. Daily cleaning on the level. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 8th floor with a view of the city. There is everything you need for a full and hearty breakfast (meat, dairy, flour, drinks, vegetables and fruits).
There were no problems with Wi-Fi. It works stably.
There is a SPA: massage, hammam, small gym, swimming pool.
THANK YOU for a pleasant stay.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The main problem was the lack of an iron. I was on a business trip and got used to the fact that in any hotel, even the simplest, there is always a blackboard and an iron or ironing rooms. The obvious things. Here they offer to iron one thing for 10€. Hotel 5⭐️, for a moment. But they certainly took these stars from the ceiling. There was no smell of 5 stars here., a maximum of 3 and then, with a stretch. In the bathroom, only nail files and cotton pads, shaving supplies, dental kits and shower caps were not found. The cap was issued on request. The rest is also possible on request, but we booked a 5⭐️ hotel, right? The breakfasts are mediocre (considering the "stardom" of the hotel. No fish, for example. The pastries are not fresh, they are cold. Some fruits are spoiled or unripe. And the range of food itself could be much more interesting and delicious. Of course you won't stay hungry, but you won't get any pleasure. The restaurant staff is not always courteous, especially if breakfast time is nearing completion. In normal hotels (even in the simplest ones), they usually approach guests and ask if they need anything else from food and drinks, because in 5 minutes they plan to clean it all up. Here it feels like they are starting to do it with a special buzz, without warning and almost snatching it out of their hands. Waiters can very loudly put dirty dishes on a cart from neighboring tables, despite the fact that guests are still sitting and having breakfast in the hall. The cherry on the cake was when the waiter, silently and very abruptly, took a cup of coffee right from under my nose, which I planned to finish. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. We haven't heard about basic politeness here. Upon check-in, they did not tell us about the availability and opening hours of the spa and pool, we do not need it, but this is another reference to the quality of service. The interiors are shabby, right down to the fallen-off sockets. Mold is everywhere in the shower, the hood is not working. There is a TV with channel programs, but half of them (music or at least FTV to turn on the background) do not work. But all the news slag and TV series, shows in Turkish - are piled up. You have to call the reception several times to resolve some issue that has arisen. They don't understand it the first time, apparently. And some employees, in principle, do not understand, even in English, what they want from them, but for some reason they repeat your request and say OK. The only plus is the possible location and blackout curtains. But this is based on the tasks. For tourism, it is not very far from the main attractions. Although there is a subway, shops, cafes nearby. Finding a pharmacy that works after 19:00 turned out to be a quest. The streets around are quiet. In general, always look at the reviews, not the number of ⭐️, because some (like here) draw them themselves. This hotel has greatly spoiled the mood, we will not return here 100% again and we will not advise our friends.
The location in terms of accessibility of the metro and attractions is 5/5. However, there is a busy street under the windows, cars honk at night, people start swearing and yelling in the morning, and waking up for morning prayer is provided..
The room itself is already tired, take the adapter to the sockets, the sockets are loose, many fly out.
And now the cherry on the cake is the SPA.
One rainy day we decided to go to the pool and hammam.
Towels are not given out, lockers with piled clothes are not closed in the locker rooms (we were alone in the spa). The pool is icy, the last record of the temperature at that time was made three weeks ago. There is mold on the ceiling
Then we went to the sauna and hammam area. The lights were off, it turned out that someone was drying their supplies right there.
If you have come to walk 30 thousand steps a day and sleep like the dead, then it is quite a good option.
If you take the option without breakfast, Nisantasi Street with chain establishments and delicious Turkish breakfasts is 10 minutes away!
