The hotel is beautiful, clean, and new. It is located in the very center of Ankara, and it takes a maximum of 10 minutes by taxi to reach any major attraction. The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. Always with a smile, they respond to any requests. We lost a cat (it got into the upholstery of the chair), all the staff joined the search and did not stop until the cat was found (after 2.5 hours!). We had a room with windows to the courtyard - very quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are good, and there is plenty of everything. But the most important thing is that everything is very clean. I liked the care products in the shower, with a very pleasant smell. The pillows in the room are both soft and hard, for every taste. The mattresses are comfortable, we slept well. A wonderful hotel for a family trip to the capital of Turkey! We stayed in the company of 2 adults, 2 children and a cat. Everyone is satisfied and happy. Thank you very much!

The hotel is good, conveniently located, and the staff is professional. The breakfasts are decent. The parking is underground. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The reception staff is very friendly and professional. Quick check-in. And in general, everyone in the whole hotel is smiling at you! The rooms are cozy, comfortable beds. Clean, kettle and accessories.
It was very quiet, the Windows were facing the courtyard. Blackout curtains. However, the guests treat the property of the hotel disgracefully. For example, there are stains on the curtains. The bathroom is small, but everything works.
The breakfast is good, buffet style. But the coffee is not from the coffee machine. The price/quality ratio is high!
Parking is either free next to the hotel, or underground with an elevator, but you need to give the car keys to the valet.
