First, the pros:
Friendly staff, good continental breakfast.
Great view from the roof, from the 11th floor. The roof is equipped with armchairs and tables. I really enjoyed sitting there.
A cozy small room with a comfortable large soft bed. Soft, comfortable pillows.
The curtains are thick, you can sleep even during the day.
Good water pressure in the shower, clean bathroom and plumbing. Free hygiene supplies.
Good cleaning - there is no dust and dirt in the room. The hotel itself is quite old, but well maintained.
Conveniently located - it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to the Thai Embassy.
Cons: Right next to the minarets hotel - at 5 a.m. the singing of the muezzins was very "invigorating". But it is worth considering that this is a Muslim country.
The lighting in the room is quite dim, there is little light in the evening.
